"This stay overall was great spacious, nice to each have their own bathroom. It does not sit on the lake. There is a home that obstructs the view in front of it but it is a short distance to walk to the beach. Location is very convenient the negatives were the bathtubs a little high for the elderly to get in the shower. "The property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well stocked in the kitchen to prepare a variety of meals. We loved the 3 levels as that allowed everyone to have space if they needed for quiet time. The group voted to start making this an Annual trip...and we hope to add a few more next year. "We rented this house for a Bachelorette Gathering. We had 6 ladies celebrating altogether. Typically, pics look better than the real thing, but in this case, the opposite was true! "Our family has been doing a winter vacation in the Brainerd Lakes area for over 12 years. This rental did not disappoint in any way. We have grandkids ranging in ages from 6 - 14 and our adults kids too. There was enough room for everyone to spend time together or find a quiet spot to themselves! "This was such a fun stay! Our family of ten was able to be together without feeling crowded. The Barn had everything we needed for a long weekend away.
