Spacious with great location

Pismo Beach Getaway
Jyoti's place is really comfortable and in the perfect location. We enjoyed our New Year getaway - Pismo was the perfect location for us in LA to meet up with my best friends in SF. There were 4 adults and 2 kids in our party and the place was just perfect for our party size. Hosts were attentive and presented very clear check in and details about the unit. Great stay!

We had a lovely stay; comfortable, very clean quiet space and great hosts. So close to the beach too. Communication was great, check in and check out was easy, we were 15-20 mins away from SLO and liked it that way, we can’t wait to return! Thanks so much!

Weekend Getaway Out of the Heat
Nice place, close to the beach and downtown. Could use a printer for those of us who take work-cation's. Also, could not get the BBQ to start, didn't have any matches or a fire wand in the unit to start the BBQ. Overall, very nice.....

The location was top notch. Walking distance to many of Pismo's restaurants and shops. Even easier access to the beach. There was one potential issue... that really wasn't an issue. Regardless, property manager was very responsive. Available beach chairs and beach towels were extremely convenient. Everything in the kitchen was more than sufficient.

Another great stay!
3rd time at this property - which should tell you something. It is consistently good. Clean upon arrival, little to do for check out, but I decided to run the dishwasher and take out the garbage for the clean up crew. The location is fantastic! Short walk to the beach and close enough to downtown to walk anywhere... its also just far enough to not have much traffic (cars and foot). Loved it and will most likely stay again. Had a slight issue with the garage code on day 3, but Jyoti was quick to get in touch to remediate the situation. Only things I would update is maybe replace the bed frame in the master bedroom (squeaks like crazy), perhaps provide a remote for the garage, and add an additional way to lock the front door. Just having a coded deadbolt was somewhat worrisome as we're not sure how often the code is changed - Jyoti happily changed the garage and front door code for us prior to arriving this time. I will note Jyoti is an excellent host and was always happy to help. One thing I noted was that if you're a Keurig fan (We aren't) they had a good selection of teas, however, all they had was decaf coffee for Keurig, so maybe provide better selection for Keurig as well. We do plan to come back to Pismo and Jyoti's property is definitely our first choice!

Everything was pretty good, except the living room furniture that was depicted was not there. So more comfortable furnishing would've been great. Also, it was described with a well stocked kitchen and that was not the case.

Hi Lorena, We have upgraded the living room furniture to a leather sofa bed, and two swivel chairs. The sofa that was there previously was not leather, and not a sofa bed. Also, I am surprised at the comment that the kitchen is not fully stocked, since it is equipped with with appliances - coffee maker with coffee options, toaster, air fryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooktop with oven, cooking utensils, knives, cutlery, spatulas for cooking, dinner plates, glasses, wine glasses, napkins. We aim to please our guests, so it would be helpful for us to know if there is anything we need to add.

Two blocks from the beach. Short drive to multiple great adventures. In Morro Bay, we kayaked with sea otters. We saw elephant seals, Hearst Castle and hikedto beautiful vistas. Quick drive to the dunes. If I have to find one complaiint, the master bed was a bit hard for my hips and shoulders. Otherwise, the place was great. I was especially tickled by the toilet paper roses.

The condo is two blocks from the beach and right next to the pier and boardwalk. The beds were all super comfortable, including the mattress on the pullout couch. The amenities included everything we needed, plus an air fryer. Something unique about the property was it had filtered water with water faucets in each bathroom and the kitchen. Use of the garage was very nice so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking and had a safe place to put our bikes. We would definitely stay here again.

Jazz Jubilee by the Sea
We have attended the Jazz Festival for many years staying at several different condos. This location was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. ( More ice cube trays would be wonderful.) Being in our 80's and 90's we found the stairs a challenge.. I think the condo is better suited for young families. We were surprised to find a bunk bed in the second bedroom That too was a challenge.. We shared many laughs over this! Overall we give a 4+ rating . We had a grand time, rain and all.

This place was fantastic, Great location- very close walk to the beach, and all the activity that Pismo has to offer. The condo was immaculately clean, we stayed over Christmas and were pleasantly surprised that they had Christmas dishes there for us, a nice added personal touch from the owners! A lovely spot
Three of us stayed at this condo for a fall break in Pismo. It’s the perfect situation for walking to the beach and pier. Everything was clean and comfortable. My granddaughter was so thrilled with the bunk bed in her room! Assigned parking in a private garage is a great perk; I have dealt with street parking for previous beach rentals and it’s not nearly as nice. We would love to visit this property again.

My friends & I have stayed at other B&Bs. They were a bit more organized. They had a list of information about the house, the locks, linens, bathroom supplies, and kitchen supplies. An explanation of how to use the TV would have been helpful. We wanted to watch the daily news but couldn't figure out how to get to regular local stations. A written list of the codes for the locks, WiFi, and TV would be helpful too. The wine opener was broken. We had brought one. There was no ice and only one ice cube tray as far as I could see. We did like the location and we had a lot of fun. We are older women who travel a lot & I guess we just expected something a bit like we are use to.

We have taken your points into consideration and will strive to do the following: We will make sure there are more ice cube trays in the freezer. As well as provide wine openers. We had spelt out detailed information regards the wifi, TV and entry locks to garage and main door. - the TV is Netflix or Roku only. Guests sign in with their own account. - wifi password was in the instructions sent out to you before your arrival. - the cabinet locks in the condo are the personal property of the owners and are not for guest use. Happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and had fun. We do apologize that the condo did not meet you expectations. In retrospect, since we make every effort to ensure that our guests enjoy a wonderful vacation, it would have been helpful if we had been contacted about using the TV, wifi, or any concerns you had during your stay. The issues would have been taken care of immediately.
