"The property was very undated and beautifully decorated. The landscaping outside was very well done also. We have stayed in some so so places in Pigeon Forge but after staying at Riverstone Resort we wont stay anywhere else. "The hotel in general was amazing. The people were friendly and very welcoming. The only complaint I have is the floor in our room was dirty in places(mostly behind the chair and desk so not really a big deal) and there were rips and stains on the sheets and blankets, but we didn’t go on vacation to stay in our room so I still consider it a very wonderful trip. We will definitely be using The Ramsey Hotel again in the future. "
