"En-suite rooms’ process seems designed to make you feel unwelcome: Filling out waivers beforehand, proof of identity, then you pay, then they demand damage waiver, when you arrive they take photos of the room in case you damage it. No TV, no instructions on accessing Wi-Fi, not advised beforehand that there was no parking in the area. This should not be advertised as a hotel - I won’t be using this company again. No issues with room or the Hotels. Com booking system."

"We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread. The kids loved the cereal selection and I adored the nespresso every morning on the quiet deck. "I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) "
