Fish till your heart’s content from two docks, park your boat in the slip, kayak down the scenic Pocomoke, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, or simply sit on the deck and watch the beautiful sunset. Swimming is not recommended, as there is a strong current. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is NO barricade between water and land. PLEASE watch your children closely!Centrally located between Ocean City, Berlin and Chincoteague Island. Accessible by boat or car. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Property is NOT child or baby-proof in ANY way. There are steps leading to a loft with railing. There is a porch with no railing. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injury, or death.

The property is a cabin in the woods. We do have a bug service, but cannot guarantee a bug will not get into the house. We have left a can of spray under the kitchen sink for your use but accept NO responsibility for its use or misuse, including as it pertains to children.
