Hotel.com! Please give correct directions!
The hotel stay was excellent but it was - Holiday Inn!!?!?! The booking reference stated "If a late check-in is planned, contact this property directly". We planned to arrive around 7 pm, but came later. I could not find Gaia Residence at that address. I came to the same block after circling for an hour 3 times around complex hilly old suburb with numerous roundabouts and slip lanes. I finally decided to ask nearby Holiday Inn hotel reception for directions., You can imagine our surprise and frustration when they said that they are the same as Gaia Residence!!!! Why wouldn't my reservation instructions state that!!! Other than that please give 8 out of 10 to the property! Highly recommended!
