The staff was very polite and helpful. They provided for an early check-in. They followed up when I checked in and the day before my departure to make sure everything was okay. It is located well to see many of the sites. The breakfast buffet, which was included in my package, had plenty of options and the hotel kindly prepared a breakfast box for my departure date as I had an early flight. I had an excellent burger for lunch in the restaurant on one of the days as well!

We had a lovely short stay in the Arts Hotel Porto . We managed to navigate from the airport by metro to the hotel. The hotel is within reach of attractions and amenities . The staff couldn’t have been nicer and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice with plenty choice . We returned to the hotel in the evening for drinks and again the staff were kind, helpful and knowledgeable particularly Eduardo who gave us a brief history of port . Thanks for a lovely short break!

False advertisement
My friends and I booked 2 rooms in April 23 when the hotel was yet to be open. Anyway we arrived in Porto after 3:00pm, my friend room was in the main hotel level 6 where as my room was in the extension to the hotel & next to the swimming pool, we have to take our luggages up by stairs. We can hear people come in and out of the pool gate and they can see us to our window, no privacy at night the room get click clack noise coming from the window like water dripping, and the hotel concierge said it’s might be electricity issue, however been the last room in the hotel, no choice to move anywhere. Not to mention the bottles of soap and shampoo dispenser are not working . All and all not what we should be expecting for so call 4 stars that just only open in April. False advertisement from Hotel.com

We were on the 2nd floor which difficult access. We had to walk down 2 hallways and up some stairs to get to our rooms. The bathroom lacked privacy. There wasn't a door and there was a see through wall to the shower. The lights in the room were very confusing.

Awesome hotel
Amazing hotel in a great location! Very modern, new and spacious. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Bed was super comfortable and bath towels are fluffy and luxurious. Even had a clothes steamer in the room. The staff is very accommodating and eager to please. We received a surprise cookie and fruit plate in our room that was very delicious! I would definitely stay here again!

New property, lacking amenities, no shower cap,etc. Rooms very small. No elevator to 2sd floor. Not handicap friendly. Would not book again..

Property located in busy urban area. Easy enough to get an Uber to the historical areas. Staff was excellent. There is no gym in this hotel.

the front desk staff was so helpful in helping us figure out our best options around town. Wonderful recommendations for sightseeing services. Overall extremely gracious! Loved having breakfast in the room - it's too small to have a restaurant area. Would stay here again when visiting Lisbon! We love to walk and felt like all the places we wanted to go to in town were walkable.

It is a beautiful property and has only recently opened so everything is nice and new. The rooms are small but lovely, only complaint is that the bathroom is not private at all which isn't ideal when staying with a friend (everyone likes a door). The hotel had a great outside area and even a small pool and loungers, such a shame the weather was not on our side! The staff were all so lovely and friendly, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, mit der man alle wichtigen Punkte in Porto zu Fuß erreichen kann. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sehr stylisch eingerichtet.

Se melhorar o café da manhã fica tudo perfeito!!!
Tudo novinho, localização excelente! Tem até Jardim e piscina!! Do hotel você sai caminhando pelo Porto, dá pra ir andando a Gaia. Em 10 minutos você chega lá e pode presenciar um pôr do sol expetacular.

Heerlij!
Heerlijk klein nieuw hotel net buiten het hele drukke oude centrum. Alles is te belopen. Personeel is super vriendelijk en service is goed. Ontbijt is prima, maar weinig afwisselend. Kleine zwembad op een vlonder is heerlijk om einde dag even te dompelen en op bedje bij het water te liggen; handdoeken daar aanwezig. Strand is circa half uur met bus, maar uber kan ook; is maar iets duurder. Handig om van tevoren restaurants voor ‘s avonds te selecteren ; anders loop je lang rond in het hoogseizoen en eindig je toch vaak in een toeristen tent.

brand new top notch hotel
Fantastic stay in this brand new hotel conveniently located next to restaurants, a supermarket and an ice cream shop! Check-in was smooth and friendly. The room was awesome. Not very large but so smartly designed. We loved that there was an entrance vestibule with an armchair where we could put our shoes on before heading out. The bed was incredibly comfy (and we are extremely complicated when it comes to bedding). The TV was large with a nice selection of channels and YouTube which was a first for us in a hotel. The bathroom shower was a joy. There were large bottles soap, shampoo and body lotion which is great for the environment. Too bad there were no hooks to hang our wet towels though. There was a refrigerator where we could keep a few drinks and snacks as well as a Nespresso machine. On the second day, they did not replenish the capsules but since there was a supermarket very close and since we drink a lot of coffee we had bought spare capsules. Too bad there was no recycling bin in the room. Our only complaint was at check-out or rather lack of check-out. Indeed, we had an early flight and had to leave at 3:30 am. There was no one at the reception desk and the doors were locked! We ended up using the emergency exit hoping we would not sound an alarm (which we didn't).
