The unit was very small and dark. Kitchen was not properly equipped plus on top of the beds. Not a good value compared to many others properties at the price range.

Good location
It’s not easy to find the location of this apartment, however, the check in staff gave us a detailed information to locate for the apartment. Her service was good. The apartment was just located within the shopping area. It was just 2-3min walk from metro station. Luckily there’s lift for this apartment, however, we still have to climb 1level of stairs to the lift.

Backpackers delight. Not luxury apt!!
Check-in at Hotel do Norte, which is 2 mins walk from the apartments. Receptionist was very helpful and provided a tourist map, marked with nearby shops to buy essentials during the stay. Enquired about room cleaning and towel changes and told it should be done every 2 days {more on this later}. The apartment is adjacent to Via Catarina shopping complex. The ground floor of the apartment building is used as a rent-a-car service. The street is busy from dawn until late evening, felt very safe but there's lots of beggars. We stayed four nights in Apartment 3A. You will need to carry luggage to the first floor for the elevator. If you view the photo slides, the 1st and 9th shows Apt-3A, but in reality the bedding and fixtures are well used. The single bed is well overdue a new mattress and pillow set! The wardrobe has a few manky hangers that should had been thrown out long ago. The kitchenette area is OK with working fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. The bathroom is a huge let down. Very small and the sink is no larger than one found on a airplane. Be prepared for 2 minute showers or make sure you shower before the people in your group. If you're the third person to shower, good luck! We had bath towel changes on the 3rd night. Bedding was not changed and no toiletries. Would prefer towel swap on 2nd night! Overall not a great apartment! If you do book avoid Apt-3A. In hindsight I would pay more to get a better room in this great city.

Amazing apartament , right in the centre of town,beautiful. Location , the only downside , the curtains are to tin , so you get the light right from early morning and you won't be able to sleepp.. Also the floor was extremely dirty ,, apart from thAt amzing apartment

Home style stay; value
Its a private condo(home) which is being rented out as Hotel; so it has all comforts of home (laundry was a +); But no food/service etc; Since its in a busy street; you wont miss anything; Also this is managed a Hotel property in same street corner; so nobody will be there at this Condo and you have to collect keys from hotel(2 min walk). main train station is a 10-15 min walk and you can get anywhere from there. Overall very convenient stay; If you are looking at room service and breakfast at the table; this is not for you; great for back packers !!

Clean apartment and good location
The apartment was very close to the train station and right in the heart of the shopping district. Key sites are within walkable distance. We booked for 3 people but the apartment could easily fit 5 people. The apartment does not have a reception and the keys have to be picked up at a nearby hotel. This was not mentioned in the booking, luckily we had someone in the apartment that guided us to the hotel which is only minutes away. The only negative is that the hot water system was not that great. The water started getting cold by the second person. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Nice and clean apartment
It was everything great, just one thing that we didn't have Internet and TV during our 3-night stay. It was a very nice apartment so we had a wash machine, microwave and an oven everything new and clean. I would stay again if we go again to Porto.

Great location in city centre near old town
I stayed 3 nights with my two daughters in this centrally located apartment in the middle of the main shopping centre in the central city. Excellent location and quiet at night despite being in the Main Street because cars are not permitted to use it. However you can get a taxi to the front door with your luggage. After 7 nights in a hotel it was great to have a wading machine and small kitchen to cook. Great for small family or students or couples. Also very cheap compared to inner city hotels.

Great for Families
I was a little worried since I didn't see many reviews when I booked. It is a great value apartment in a good part of town for shopping/ restaurants/ access. As a family of 4, it offered us great space and comfort. On the forth floor, it was really quiet with the exception of the Porto seagulls which you can do nothing about (except be amazed that they sound like crying babies in the morning). The site-seeing bus stop was within walking distance and wireless signal was strong in the apartment (although you had to pay). We were comfortable even in the heat wave (~90F) while we were there. The air conditioner was in the master bedroom, but it cooled off most of the apartment. We traveled by car and the parking around the corner worked just fine for us. Definitely great value.

Nice apartment for a family
This is good for a family that wants to stay in the same room. Our family of 5 slept comfortably. The only problem is that the reception desk is two blocks away. There was no sign that told us that, nor was the info listed on the website. We were lucky to find it.

Reasonably priced appartment in centre of Porto
Oporto City Center Apartments was perfect for our lads weekend in Porto. The check-in at the hotel round the corner worked seemlessly. The appartment was on the main shopping street and just a few streets away we found very lively bars and clubs for the evening. The appartment was comfortable, clean, practical but not particularly big. For a groups of friends not planning to spend much time in the flat it was perfect!!

위치가좋고, 가족숙박하기좋습니다. pingo doce 란 마트가 가까이에 두개나 있고, 볼량 시장도 가까워서 좋네요. 볼량시장 바로앞에 있는 빵집 너무 맛있고 저렴해서 강추합니다. 가까이에 아모리노 아이스크림 가게가 있어서 편리했어요. 다만, 청소를 매일해주지않아요. 수건이나 휴지 요청해야했네요

Porto est une très belle ville très agréable. Appartement sent l'humidité. Traces et fendards sur le mur. Fenêtres vétustes non isolantes si bien qu'il a été très difficile de dormir dans la nuit de samedi à dimanche

Ideal para hospedar mais de 3 pessoas em relação a um hotel comum. A cozinha é muito bem equipada. Internet excelente. Chegamos pela manhã e, dada a disponibilidade, fizeram a gentileza de antecipar nosso check in. Recomendo e voltarei.

To be fair, the location and service is very nice. However, the bed is a nightmare, with full of jumping flea. I think the hotel should pay attention to hygiene.

Le studio appartement n'était pas propre: des longs cheveux noirs sur le drap du lit, des couches de poussière sur les lampes, la minuscule salle de bain moisie et une fois le lavabo utilisé, il y avait de l'eau par tout sur le sol. Malheureusement on a déjà réservé le même hôtel pour notre retour, ce qu'on aurait pas du faire.

춥고 와이파이는 매우 느렸지만 객실은 깨끗하였다. 인도 옆에 위치하여 잘 때는 조용하였다. 샹 벤투 역까지 걸어서 10분밖에 안걸리고 호텔이 쇼핑 거리 한가운데에 있기 때문에 나가서 돌아다니기에 좋았다.

Um prédio de apartamentos e não um hotel. O apartamento é bastante confortável. Recomendo sem duvida. Localização excelente porem para nós que ficamos em um quarto de frente o barulho da rua atrapalhou um pouco. No site diz que o prédio tem elevador mas não menciona que o elevador é a partir do primeiro andar, ou seja, você tem que subir um andar de escada com as malas para então pegar o elevador. Também não informam que não existe recepção ou qualquer funcionário no prédio. Quando chegamos tive que ligar para o hotel para então me explicarem que eu teria que andar uma quadra ate outro hotel para pegar as chaves. No caso uma ligação internacional de celular.Acho que isso nos poderia ter sido antecipado. No momento do checkin nos pedem para deixar a cozinha limpa e a louça lavada ao sair do contrario será cobrado o valor equivalente a uma diária. O apartamento não tem serviço, mas isso esta OK considerando que é um apart hotel. O que precisamos de serviço mandei um email para o administrador do hotel que me respondeu na hora e enviou um funcionário para resolver o problema em minutos. Muito atenciosos.

Una estupenda estancia en Oporto
El apartamento muy bien situado, muy limpio y bien equipado para cuatro personas que estuvimos allí. Sobre todo, destacar que está en una zona muy céntrica, en una calle peatonal muy comercial, al lado de un centro comercial donde por la mañana hay mucho bullicio y que por la noche se convierte en una zona muy tranquila. Se puede ir andando a cualquier punto de interés de la ciudad, que además me ha parecido encantadora.

予約を入れるとホテルまでのルート案内がメールされるものの、 チェックイン手続が別ホテルのカウンターなのはびっくり。 また、建物の入り口には特に看板も無く番地だけで建物に行くのもびっくり。 エレベーターはグランドフロアになく１Ｆから乗るのもびっくり。 窓から見えるのが隣の壁なのは残念。 でも、ポルトガルだけあって部屋は広く、ベッドルームは別。 ベッドルームのダブル以外にリビングにはソファベッド。 アパートメントタイプなのでキッチン、洗濯機、レンジ等も完備。 ポルトのメインストリートという好立地、地下鉄徒歩３分も魅力。 不思議な点も多かったけど、コストパフォーマンスは抜群な印象。

Muy mala experiencia. Habíamos pedido una cuna y nos avisaron un día antes de viajar de que no había. Al final decidimos no llevar a la niña. Al llegar a Oporto se lo comenté en el hotel y me dijeron que podía haber cancelado la reserva. Quise poner una reclamación y no me querían dar el libro, que no había, según la recepcionista ( me hablaba como vacilandome, aún encima). Al llegar al apart-hotel resulta que es en plena calle peatonal centrica. Un horror! Ruído toda la noche y por la mañana a partir de las 8 imposible dormir que ya hay grupos de música tocando en la calle y cantando. Hasta el primer piso no hay ascensor, con lo que si vas con niño y carrito malo! En cuanto a la habitación: el baño y la cocina no muy limpios. En definitiva, no volvería nunca.

Nous sommes arrivés le samedi pour prendre possession des clés de l'appartement.L'accueil de l'hôtel DO NORTE c'est aperçu d'une erreur sur la date de réservation et nous nous sommes retrouvés une nuit à l'hôtel AMERICA dans petite chambre sans fenêtre en attendant que l'appartement se libère le dimanche. Cela ne nous a pas gâcher nos vacances pour autant, mais nous avons passés 24 heures dans le doute.

Situé à 2 pas d'une station de métro, au coeur de la rue piétonne et commerçante Santa Catharina. Pour les appartements donnant sur la rue piétonne, RAS ; en revanche, sur l'arrière, la vue donne sur un ensemble de maisons en piètre état. Pour autant, à conseiller vivement.
