Great location with easy access to many things. Liked the combination of old & new in hotel design/rooms. Food & staff were all very good. A little hard to find place for 2 suitcases.

Beautiful stay in the most exquisite location! The service, and the dinner options in the hotel are fabulous. The rooms are not huge, but good enough size. Lovely amenities and the team is so friendly!!!! Will definitely be back!

What a gem of a hotel right in the middle of the historic centre, but so quiet too. Amazing breakfast and wonderful staff and the bed was super comfy. The small gym and pool was an added bonus. Also surrounded by some of the best restaurants and bars I've been to

The hotel has a superb location so easy to access all parts of the city. The Staff are extremely warm and welcoming and go out of their way to be courteous and helpful to guests. The rooms and communal areas are extremely clean and are very tastefully decorated.

I wanted so much to give this hotel 5 stars, unfortunately I have to give it 3. It is beautifully furnished, the spa is great, and the staff are great, however the sound proofing is terrible. Our last night we got no sleep due to people being loud above us, we moved room and then had more noise beside us. It looks like it was recently refurbished, however no attention was giving to sound proofing, as you can hear conversation word for word between rooms. If this were fixed it would be an excellent hotel.

The Pousada Porto - Rua das Flores was wonderful -Everything about it: location, luxury design and accommodations and staff. We didn't want to leave. Located in a central area, though touristy, once inside the hotel, the experience was elevated. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the room was spectacular and we can't say enough about the professional, knowledgable and extremely friends staff. We'll absolutely stay there again.

A lovely place to stay
What a lovely hotel! We had such great service from everyone - especially Mauro in the restaurant. He made sure to remember that I’m Celiac and had gluten free bread waiting for me for breakfast. It was truly thoughtful. But everyone is amazing. The hotel is also conveniently located. 7 mins to the water (a small hike to come back though!). You’re also 5 mins from the historical train station. Truly there is something around every corner that will have you in awe. The restaurant at the hotel is a hidden gem. Truly- treat yourself to anything but especially the prawns and octopus salad. The American style buffet breakfast should not be missed either. Veggies, eggs, smoked salmon, cheese, chorizo, and more!

Great location. Wonderful amenities. But what stands out the most is the staff. Amazing team of professionals! Our room was a little hard to navigate. Very narrow. Had to crawl around the bed to get from one side to the other. That’s our only negative comment.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we love it , room is beautiful decorated , love the bathroom is super spacious the only negative I will say is the room is a little dark and wish they had a full size mirror but other than that was a great place for us to stay we walked everywhere, close to restaurants and shops , breakfast was great and convenient, I would stay here again

The hotel is on a busy pedestrian street which is crowded with souvenir shops and is very difficult to get to by car. Ubers can not drive on the street and taxi's are limited. Despite that, it was quiet and an easy walk to many sights

Very much in the heart of the ciry, was very convenient for us for getting around, not too far from the metro station either. The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the first night there and very much enjoyed the experience.

We had a great stay here while in Porto! The hotel is in a great area that allows easy access to everywhere in Porto. The hotel was very clean and the service was great. The Cozy Pool was a wonderful area to relax in after walking around all day. The breakfast was fabulous!

What I liked about this hotel is the location in terms of it being near everything. However, it is located in a very busy walkable street and it is super noisy. There is no protection against the noise and it was difficult to sleep. The hotel has excellent food; we ordered room service and the food was great. However, you have to call reception (it’s difficult to reach them because the phone is always busy) and they place the food request to the restaurant. There is no help with luggage nor concierge and the a/c is not the best.

Great location in the heart of the old city. Staff was always ready to help and very friendly. We had an inner courtyard room and it was completely quiet. If you’ve ever been in the heart of old Porto then you understand what a challenge this is.

This Pousada is in an ideal location. Right in the heart of the historical center. The beds were comfortable. We did try to leave the window open to cool the room but it is noisy on the street so had to close it. The AC worked, the fan just didn’t blow very well. The window looks at a wall, but you do get natural sunlight so it’s fine. Breakfast was sufficient. Parking is in a parking garage a 3 minute walk away-30 euros. Really the location beats other places we’ve stayed in Porto. I’d recommend it.
