This is an amazing property. We loved the views, location and spa. We were very disappointed in the restaurants…sat at a table for a significant amount of time and no staff approached us so we went to the main restaurant but felt the same and were afraid to order meals and be disappointed so we left and ate outside the hotel.

I stayed 4 nights in May 2024 as I was inPorto for work. This is a wonderful hotel. All the staff I encountered were warm, friendly and helpful. The spa was very clean, luxurious and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and fresh with so much choice. Don’t be put off by the distance from the old city. I walked there and back every day in around 25-30 min and it’s an easy pleasant walk. To go by taxi or Uber is equally easy and a bit quicker but not as nice as walking. I had such a good trip I plan to go back to Porto with my family for a vacation and will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful, modern hotel a short walk away from the action. The rooms were beautifully designed with every creature comfort considered. Definitely opt for the river view with terrace--the views are a wonderful way to start and end the day in total relaxation.

Incredibly special Porto hotel that is great for families, singles and couples alike. A creatively rehabilitated industrial building with gorgeous suites. Don’t miss the spa and pool!

Best Hotel in Porto. Do your homework on Porto. Most places are across the river in the crowded area. This hotel/a few others are tucked away in a quieter area But yet convenient to walking into the crowd. We loved it so much we asked to stay another night. Modern and roomie rooms. Great facilities. Friendly employees. Again, hands down this is the best hotel/deal/location to visit Porto! Thanks for an amazing visit!

The staff was the most welcoming and helpful. I think one of the best parts of our stay was the breakfast buffet, the amount of choices and the variety of cold cuts, fruits and juices was just so good. The rooms are huge, thats a big yes for me.The pool, sauna and gym was a plus for us although I think that for the size of the hotel the gym could be more equipped, but it does the job. We didn’t want to stay downtown because of the noises so the fact that it was walking distance to where the city was, was amazing. Overall excellent experience
