Estadia ótima, atendimento bom,nos sentimos um pouco desconfortáveis com as risadas estranhas dos atendentes da recepção (todos homens),um pareceu bem inconveniente no atendimento..tentando demonstrar simpatia porém soou falso e desconfortável, o mesmo ocorreu na sala de alimentação do café da manhã, infelizmente o senhor responsável pelo serviço foi mal orientado, retirando os pratos e copos da mesa com as pessoas ainda tomando café. Super incômodo e inconveniente,a sensação é de que ele fica ouvindo as conversas da mesa e cuidando os pratos das pessoas para que elas saiam logo do refeitório. O local é agradável mas tem esse defeito. O wi-fi dos quartos não é 100% livre como diz a propaganda, depois de um período de uso o hotel restringe a velocidade de uso do wi-fi e isso deveria estar claro no momento em que a pessoa paga ou reserva a estadia no hotel. Se vc vai a trabalho saiba que vc terá que usar seu notebt ou tablet fora do quarto pq o sinal dentro do quarto é ruim...bem lento. O serviço de quarto é bom, a limpeza é ótima,limpam todo dia, água do chuveiro bem forte. Toalhas boas, tv também. Em meu último dia de estadia o ar condicionado do quarto deu problema e vazou a noite toda, preferi não reclamar, confesso que fiquei decepcionada, molhou uma boa parte da ponta da cama, tive que pegar um cesto de lixo para tentar reter a água que caia do ar condicionado. O hotel em si está bem localizado, bem no centro da cidade, vc vai a pé até o centro velho de porto velho.
