"I had booked 2 rooms, both were just at the top of the landing.unfortunately the entrance room doors aren't enough sound proof, i.e. one can hear walling others up/down the stairs. Other than that I loved the newly modern classic up done spacious rooms. Pity breakfast comes at an additional premium"

"Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Sparkling clean. Close to transport and shops. One big drawback however— the street noise is really loud and so is the train. A second person on staff would be helpful as well. Joanna is Wonderful but wasn’t there when I arrived after a long drive. If I’d gotten notice and self check instructions prior, that would have been fine. But make no mistake, I would go back! It’s a fantastic property with a caring manager. "

TOKYO ROOM has ZERO japanese accents, bare one set up...States room has 55in TV- nope... 30in maybe... Nothing but soap in bathroom. "very nice hotel and cheap. Although there is no one from the apartment that helped us. Only a guy from other apartment walked us around! The key was picked up with the security guard who cannot speak English! He is polite and helpful though."
