The apartment is part of the ancient village that still lives the spirit of the mountain people. Kept and quiet offers unexpected views to the church whose walls are still in the time of the ancient sundials Zarbula of which, if you can tell the story!
very active village where residents and holiday-makers are working side by side in the organization of events and projects to keep alive the beauty, the warmth and the harmony of the place.
The small village where the property is located is the starting point for numerous activities in both winter and summer, from simple walks to trekking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and ski mountaineering. Very close to the pool, riding stables, spa, restaurants and well-stocked grocery store. Do not miss the visits to the Fort of Fenestrelle, Scopriminiera, Usseaux the village painted with the sundials path Balboutet.
In large house children are welcome! For their beds, changing tables, high chairs, games, cutlery etc. They are provided for free. In the entrance a small library for children and adults. And in front of the playground!

Baita calorosa
Un appartamento come anche il paesino dove ritorneremo sicuramente volentieri,casa spaziosa e confortevole per un fine settimana in famiglia da trascorrere anche solo nel piccolo borgo..le piste da sci distano poco più di dieci minuti d auto ..dialogo e procedure per il cecchin con la proprieta macchinose e da rivedere

Everything was perfect!
Everything was just perfect! We were five adults and there was a lot of space. Everything was very clean, cosy and nice. Donata was very friendly and welcoming. The village is small, quiet and in the middle of the mountains; you can start your walks from home. Supermarket and restaurants just 5 min walk away. We enjoyed 9 absolutely wonderful days in September :-)

Sono stata presso l'appartamento per 2 notti ai primi di gennaio 2020, eravamo 4 adulti e 3 bambini. Tutto in linea a quanto riportato dell'annuncio, casa bella, spaziosa e pulita. L'unica nota dolente sono stati i contatti con la proprietaria che nonostante fosse stata più volte contattata da noi per aver dettagli circa il check in e per chiedere se fosse disponibile un lettino da campeggio per un bimbo di 2 anni, ci ha fatto avere queste informazioni all'1 di notte del giorno della partenza...viaggiando con 3 bambini di cui uno di 2 anni, avevamo bisogno di organizzare la giornata è di sapere modalità e ora del check in, cosa che non è stata possibile...per non parlare del lettino da campeggio...avere la conferma della disponibilità a 5 ore dalla partenza è stato inutile perché nel frattempo avevamo dovuto organizzarci per portarlo... comunque a parte questi problemi di comunicazione, poi il soggiorno è stato piacevole.
