Clean and adorable house minutes from Whiskey Row
This house was more spacious and larger than expected. It had charming decor and the location can't be beat for downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row. No car needed. I would recommend this place!

Nice house, central location
The house was clean, comfortable, very roomy, well-decorated and exceptionally well kept up. It was just a joy to come back to after doing some touristy things. The owners were easy to reach and concerned that everything was as expected. The location was mixed residential and commercial. There was a place called “Founding Fathers” right across the street. It was a combination barber shop, coffee shop and brew pub. Very cool. I was a bit concerned about noise, but there was none. They closed early in the evening. Probably the best thing was the location — just two and a half blocks from the corner of Gurley and Montezuma — the corner of Whiskey Row and Courthouse Square. My favorite places, the Palace and Lone Spur Cafe were an easy walk. Going away from Gurley takes you to a nice trail along Granite Creek. If you want an exceptionally nice and roomy place that is centrally located in Prescott, you can’t do better.

This was our second time staying at this property. We love it! Deborah is a wonderful host. The location is amazing...steps from Founding Fathers Collective, and a few minutes walk from downtown. The property is very clean and had everything we needed. We can t wait to stay again!

Perfect location to walk to Whiskey Row
This house was perfect for the three of us. Very comfortable and the owner had great communication with us. The house was very clean and everything worked. The laundry was nice and there was laundry soap included. It was great for our two night stay. We will be back.

Great house!
This house is adorable and was in the perfect spot in town. Lots of restaurants nearby for meals and across the steeet from Founding Fathers Collective. The beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked with basic spices, and a full size fridge with icemaker.

Great weekend getaway
What a great weekend! My husband and I with 2 of our friends stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway. The house was great, exactly as described and just a short walk to Whiskey Row. We wouldn’t definitely stay here again.

Snowy Prescott
We stayed in Deborah's comfortable home for one week, during which we experienced two mild snowstorms. The location of the home was perfect, as we could walk everywhere near Courthouse Plaza and didn't have to worry about driving. The home was cozy, warm and the kitchen and other amenities were great for staying inside and enjoying the weather outside. Deborah was a great host, making sure everything was ready for our arrival and even checking in with us to make sure that all was well during the snowstorms. We highly recommend the home to anyone wanting to experience the charm of old town Prescott.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and quiet but very close to downtown. There are some businesses across the street which were convenient for food and coffee in a pinch. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time in this very spacious VRBO. The location was perfect. 5 min walk to The Courthouse, shops, bars, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and they had everything we needed. We already booked for next year.

Delightful house! and 2 blocks from the Courthouse
My husband and I spent Thanksgiving here with our college grandsons. The kitchen is up to date and well equipped. The outdoor grill is super. We grilled steaks, baked fish, made pancakes, All good! And only 2 blocks from the best restaurants Prescott has to offer. This house is simply delightful and gets my wholehearted recommendation.

First time staying here. Hostess was very accommodating. House is adorable and very clean. Very easy walk to Whiskey Row. FYI main Bathroom is a separate from the master bedroom which. I would recommend and stay there again.

Great stay! It was super clean and comfortable inside. Easy walk to downtown and Founding Fathers. Perfect little house for 2 couples (and kids if you use the sofa sleeper). The deck off the back was nice for morning coffee and an evening cocktail.

Adorable Prescott home with great location
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and bars. So nice not to have to find parking in the downtown area. The home was clean and decorated so tastefully. We used both the front and back yards to relax in the morning and afternoon. So nice to have 2 bathrooms and so much space to spread out. Lots of closet and storage space. In addition, the hosts were so communicative and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again!!

BIG cottage, TONS of space!
This stay was for an annual Prescott girls trip. Normally there are 4 of us, but this year only 2 so we had LOTS of space for ourselves. I want people to know that this house is exactly as pictured if not better. Two bedrooms (really 2 1/2 as there is like this little room that has a desk, couch, TV and is super cozy) and two full bathrooms. Close to the square and 10 footsteps to Founding Fathers. Can’t beat the location. Also, I would like to add that the owner Deborah is AMAZING, so kind and will really try to go out of her way to accommodate you IF it’s possible. We happen to be staying during Acker weekend and it’s a literal madhouse and was a literal madhouse Friday night. She was so kind to allow us to check In super early to guarantee a parking spot right in front of the house. It is street parking and not guaranteed parking spot, but we never had any issues finding a spot. The only downside I would mention is the heat took a VERY long time to work, almost all day for it to really get going. I wonder if it would be this way during summer for the A/C? Didn’t complain about this as every room had floor heaters and it really wasn’t too big of deal for us, but depending on the season you visit could be an issue for a family with kids. Overall, we can’t wait to come back to this home hopefully sometime next year again. Just waiting to narrow down some dates. Don’t think twice and book this home. You won’t regret it!

Remodeled house with fantastic location close to town
This is a remodeled home so everything is new; including kitchen & bathrooms. Very spacious and nicely decorated with a cute small den with a desk and comfy couch in addition to the 2 bedrooms. Deborah was very responsive to our questions and it is a block or two to the town square so an excellent location. Living room couch is very comfortable too. Nice deck with a table & chairs and couch and a huge grill. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay
Great stay if you’re looking to be a walk from Whiskey Row and want a clean property. Few suggestions to improve the property. Put a TV in the bedroom and make the living room more comfortable to lounge and watch TV. The couch is a “show couch” not anything comfortable for two to relax after a long day. Bathroom closest to master is tiny and unless your 5’5” inches tall you will need to hunch over to get under the shower head. Water pressure is pretty lackluster. First day there we met the neighbor who seemed to be on some sort of drug. He was angrily pacing back and forth blurting out non sense in his backyard to my wife and I. (Smoking something strange, not marijuana) We did inform the owner who said the guy shows up from “time to time”. We had no issues after the first “interaction” but decided to keep our eyes open and not use the back yard and attract attention from the “not all there” neighbor. Served us as a close place to explore!
