Super Place/Great Location
Just spent a week with family in the chalet. We had the best time, lots of room and comfortable! The location to downtown Prescott could not be better!! Totally recommend!

Great location and home
We had a great time visiting Prescott and the area. Took time to drive to Sedona, Grand Canyon and other places. The home was very nice. Clean and neat as needed. There are some very minor updates/repair that need to be made that did not take away from our enjoyment of the home. The TV worked great with Apple TV in the Master Bedroom and Roku TV in the living room. Amazon Prime was logged in and ready to go in the living room, along with all of the free streaming apps. The beds were comfortable. The temperature in the home was very controllable. This location is great as there are a multitude of locally owned (not chain) restaurants within walking distance, along with shopping. Also, you can drive to a grocer, espresso, gas, etc in less than 5 minutes. If we come back to Prescott, we'll come back here and may try to rent the other house on the same property.

Perfect location
This was perfect location and I would stay here again. This place went from a 5 star to a 4 star based on attention to detail. There was an empty body wash container in upstairs shower, there was 2 empty containers for laundry detergent, there were no coffee filters and the coffee maker water well was filled with coffee grounds, from previous renters, and needed to be cleaned. Everything else was perfect including location and size of place.

We wanted a little get away after the crazy holiday hustle. The Chateau was exactly what we wanted and needed. The location is 3 blocks from the main square. The house is spotless and so perfect stocked with all the necessities. We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to go back.

beautiful home, ideal location
This was our first time in Prescott. I had no idea just how great a location this house is in until we arrived. Perfect spot, walkable/a few steps to downtown Prescott's restaurants, bars, Christmas parade, Christmas bonfire, liquor store, shops, etc etc. The home itself is beautiful as well. Lots of space, a great kitchen, well maintained, bidet toilet seat in the master, a fenced yard, tons of outdoor relaxing rockers, chairs, lounging spots. Suffice to say, we loved Prescott, loved the house, and will start our search with this unit for all our future trips. Excited for the next one!

Perfect location in Prescott
The location of this home is perfect for doing everything in Prescott! The home is presented and pictured accurately. The ease of check-in and check-out was greatly appreciated. We were so comfortable in this home that we were sad when it came time for us to leave. We highly recommend this home. The management company is quick to respond to our texts and address our concerns. You will not regret staying here!

Great location!
We definitely enjoyed our stay here. Great location, house is exactly as pictured. We did have a quite a few spiders come and visit and some cobwebs in the ceilings. House could benefit from a deeper clean. While the location is great for walking to town, there are a lot of passersby's. We had a kid playing ball in the parking lot next door and kicked a ball at our car. All was fine but be aware that this house is definitely not secluded.

In town for a memorial service. Nice place, neat and clean and tidy. Close to all that I needed. This was the first time I encountered having to sign another rental contract other than on VRBO. Found that odd but it all worked out. Thanks.

The pictures don’t due it justice! Very nice place to stay, very clean and kitchen loaded with anything you may need. Downtown is a very short walk away! Family in from Minnesota, they loved the area. We had my daughters wedding in Chino Valley.

We had a great time in Flagstaff. The house was much nicer than I expected.It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great, 3 minute to the center of old town. We did not know that the front house was a rental, next time we might rent both for family and friends.

Awesome place. Home was very clean upon arrival with very comfortable furnishings. Well appointed kitchen with all the small items most VRBO rentals do not have such as spices, coffee filters. washing machine soap, etc. The best part of this rental is the location. Just two blocks from a very vibrant downtown so every evening we could walk to the bars and dining. What a wonderful town with such friendly people! Throughly enjoyed our stay. Would give six stars if that was possible.

Perfecr downtown location.
Convenient location to downtown, walking distance, yet quiet. This home has the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen in a VRBO. Felt like we never left home, making cooking in quite easy. Comfortable and excellent air conditioning system. Lors of options for sitting outside when the weather allows. Easy check-in process and responsive management team. You will enjoy your stay here.

Great patios and steps to town square
When the weather’s nice, the front and back patio is such a great hang. Overhead trees make it feel lush and relaxing. The front patio has a seating for six and is great for happy hour and eating. Some of the chairs need attention. Need to clean the table for sap. Big kitchen, well-stocked for cooking. The upstairs king bed is really hard and pillows are too. There were a few things that I mentioned to management company upon departure that needed attention. But it’s a great glamping spot.

Such a lovely stay
This is such a lovely house. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. The beds were comfortable. The whole house was clean and they put obvious thought into making it pleasant for guests. The location was incredibly convenient and we walked to get coffee at Wild Iris in the morning a few times, and to the Courthouse several times. You are two to four blocks from everything. We hope to stay here again for sure!

The Chalet had anything that you could possibly need (even umbrellas!) and the location was so convenient to walk the downtown area and to eat at the multitude of delicious restaurants, if you don’t want to cook. A very comfortable stay!

This was our second time staying at this property! We really love the location, so easy to walk into downtown Prescott, Whiskey Row, etc. We were doing a campus visit for our son at Embry-Riddle and it was a short 15-minute drive for that. Clean, well-equipped property.

Great Location, Wonderful Place
Property is situated in a great location with quick walk to most of the city and just a couple blocks to Whiskey Row. Wonderful kitchen and space to relax or entertain. While right downtown, it was situated back from the street and quiet. Multiple outdoor spaces to hang out on property as well. So much to do in Prescott and quick drive to many other locations. Even if not driving - quick in-town Uber/Lyft to Watson Lake for some great hiking.

This location is great for walking to shops, restaurants and Whiskey Row! The house is clean with a great eat in kitchen. Well stocked with all the spices and kitchen equipment you would need. Fabulous place and location. One of our friends suffers from severe allergies to cats and something in the home really bothered her. The home needs a little cobweb cleaning but overall is very clean, group/family friendly. The beds are comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely stay again! Thank you.

Great house close to gallery's and eateries
We loved the house. It was beautiful..colorful...clean. There are a few upgrades that it needs. Boo dryers were really old and noisy. Area rugs in bedrooms are not glued down and are too slippery. I rolled them up since I didn't want to trip. The refrigerator made loud sounds even in the middle of the night. Otherwise...5 stars.

Patio glamping in downtown Prescott
This place has three patios! We really enjoyed the large front deck/patio. Eating meals, having cocktails or just relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the cicadas. When it got too sunny, we would go to the backyard table & chairs. It felt like glamping...but in the heart of Prescott. This is the larger of the two chalets on the property, located in the back, with parking in between. The property is steps away from Rosa's which was convenient, and they serve delicious pizza and Italian food, but beware... they serve huge portions and it's almost too tempting. They often had delivery trucks in the morning which were a little loud when relaxing with a morning cup of coffee on the front deck. The kitchen is amazing. Fully stocked for those who like to cook, like we do. Large space for cooking and congregating for some fun kitchen hangtime and conversations. When we arrived, some of the light fixtures were out, including the fireplace candles. I reported via their app, and someone came right over to replace light bulbs, but never returned to replace the kitchen stovetop light or the candle batteries. All in all, this is a perfect spot if you like to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors. Lots of shade trees.
