it seemed nice until nothing worked and I saw stuff floating around in my newly open drink. Ice machines are broken along with my toliet.

Love how close this was to the interstate. Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff was wonderful! The only downside is that because it's so close to the interstate you can hear the traffic (which wasn't horrible, but the semis were loud going by). I'd stay here again given its location and price.

Heather at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. However, room refrigerator was not working and toilet flushed itself every few minutes which was very disruptive while attempting to sleep.

Our room smelled like smoke. The pool wasn’t working and that is why I booked it. The decor is outdated and felt unsafe. There wasn’t good lighting outside. The beds were saggy in the middle, the tv or cable wasn’t working well at all.

Made reservation through Expedia, with a late arrival requested. arrived at nearly midnight and desk clerk told us they had canceled our reservation because they were double booked. Clerk was extremely nasty about canceling and didn’t seem to care that we had nowhere to stay. Process to receive credit for what we had paid Expedia for the reservation is frustrating and will take several days, partially because it’s the weekend and managers don’t work on the weekend. Hoping that when Mundy comes, we get a full refund credited back to us.

Check in process was very good. Receptionist was very nice. Breakfast was very limited. Microwave was not working, ice machine was not working. Housekeeping did not clean our room. Very disappointing

Arrived to be told that there was no reservation. Beyond that, if there was a reservation, it would have been cancelled as there were no available rooms. I was not the first to be told this that evening. Inwas advised to travel an additional 30 miles. This is at 1 am with two minor children in a rainstorm. Needless to say, the next room was not booked through expedia.

We opted not to stay as the area and site looked unsafe. With the name Wyndham we expected so much more. Unfortunately we weren't able to cancel as it was past the check in time.

The staff was great! Our room was clean! Just a few things needed working on. Ice machines didnt work, and a few lights were out in the corridors. All in all a great stay and will be staying there again on our nextbtrip.

Staff are nice but the place needs work
Staff were very helpful. Pool was closed and the sign looked like it had been there for awhile. Bath towels are very small. Breakfast was a big layout but not much other than sugar and carbs. Ccffee was good. Room smells strongly of some cleaner or chemical. The heater/AC unit is loud and blows right onto the bed, so strong that it lifts the blanket but it haa to be on to keep the room at a confortable temperatura. One of the lampshades was completély cracked. We parked right in front of the unit which was nice but the outdoor light was not on and there was no way to turn it on from the room.

Run down, probably rent by the hour, no staff at desk all outside smoking, reason there is always rooms here and its not because its a deal. Walked in to cancel room after seeing property to cancel and they said they could not the ratings and rooms are awful

Don’t stay hear
We arrived and the motel not hotel but motel was old everything was gold lamps and gold pictures. Very old looking carpet too. But our first few night was okay we did hear really any disturbances. Now we only stayed 2 night we wanted to book another night with the same room and that could not be done for some reason so we had plans to leave that morning and ended up just packing all our stuff and taking it in the car with us and just checking out. Later that night as we still needed a room we booked another night at the same motel and this time we are in the upper balcony but in the back of the building. Upon driving back there and gathering our items instantly it look like that is wear drug dealing happen and sure enough it did. Not to mention our new room didn’t come with a mini fridge even tho it was suppose to and the toilet ran constantly all night and the ice maker was beaning worked on. The pool was also unfortunately close as well but the druggy next to us was loud all night long slamming his door rumning around all hours

The bathroom sink was clogged, took forever to drain. The TV was very fuzzy on every channel, was told to hit it & see if it improved.The beds were very soft & uncomfortable. Breakfast set up was odd, had to get our coffee at the front desk & carry it to dining room, juice dispencer was broken. Outside area not very well lit at night.

It is tatty and dated. The rooms are small and the furniture is worn. The pool is in a separate (ugly) building and wasn’t usable. The breakfast was uninspired (the hard boiled eggs were not good.) On the other hand the staff was excellent and friendly. We were on a budget so I guess we got what we paid for

Un welcomed construction worker
I am a construction worker. When I checked in staff was very friendly; however the manager walked up to them while I was checking in and said DO NOT give contractors new towels or wash rags. I was wearing a safety green shirt. I will never stay here again. The hotel was not bad; but talk about feeling like a second class citizen. I am sure i paid the same for my room as non construction workers. I will never stay at this hotel again

This is just an average hotel at best. I only stayed there for a night but was glad I didn’t stay any longer. The hotel is very outdated and needs upgrades. I didn’t like how the parking lot was right outside the door and having people in vehicles sitting outside in the parking lot late at night makes you feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Even though the breakfast is free they didn’t have very good options for food. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.
