It is situated outside Drake Bay but there are bicycles available for guests to use or, alternatively, the manager can arrange for a taxi to take you to local destinations. He is also happy to arrange guided tours in the area. The garden around the hostel is fantastic for wildlife and there are local shops and cafes to get food."

"The front desk welcome was stellar. They are also a tour operator so I was able to check-in and line up all my activities at the same time. Their chair at the front desk was great for a hot weary traveler arriving. The location is great. "If you are looking to see wildlife, this is your place! The layout of the property is wonderful. We explored the rocks just off the beach and found a tidal pool. Love that they compost and only replace towels every other day. Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!"
