This unit, is exactly what i wanted. Open the sliding back door and walk to the pool in a100 feet and to the beach in 150 feet. The unit was very well kept and very clean. I will stay here again.

Great Place and Location
The place is perfect for a long weekend getaway! It was clean and the staff on hand were helpful and friendly. The beds were cozy and the kids slept great in the full-size bunk beds. The bedroom window faces out to the elevators. Unfortunately, we were woken up 2 of the nights around 3 am by intoxicated people hanging out right outside our window. The neighbors were friendly too! The property is beautiful. I love being on the ground floor :) Thank you

Everything was great, would say to include a cutting board in the condo :) other than that, it was perfect. The views and the atmosphere was incredible.

Location is great, just steps off the beach entrance making it very easy with little kids. However unit does not appear to have had any updates since originally built. Appliance are original, refrigerator went out on us while we were there and spoiled food. All furniture is original, the bunk bed feels as if it is going to fall apart when I stepped on the ladder to tuck my daughter in. All wood is very beat and scuffed up. House keeping did not come the entire time we were there, no fresh towels or turndown.

Convenient to parking and to the beach and pools. If you have small children MAKE SURE to lock the sliding doors. Loved the condo! I would consider staying here again.

We had a blast with our family. Ground level is the way to go. It’s get loud late at because of the elevators being so close but it was spring break, so that’s understandable.

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and well kept. As close as you can get to the beach amd the patio access to the property was really nice. A few appliance issues upon arrival but were fixed within 2 hours after notifying maintenance. Kitchen was well stock with all cooking essentials.

Condo was beautiful and exactly what is shown as. Location of ground floor condo was AMAZING. The convenience of 1st floor is soooo nice. Especially with a little one. I don’t have one complaint or bad thing to say. We enjoyed everything!

Condo was great as was the resort. Unfortunately the resort is conducting major renovations and I couldn’t use my patio because of ropes from above, ladders, debris and workmen on the patio! Renting a ground floor unit is supposed to be a plus, but not this trip. Should either notify renter of renovations or not rent the property during renovations. I would not have rented this unit had I known of the renovations!

My wife and I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the close access to the beach and pool. The elevator is nearby so you could get to the parking garage easily. Housekeeping was very attentive and we enjoyed the pool bar and restaurants in the complex.

This little place was cute abs very comfortable, I slept like a baby I never heard the elevators as mentioned by others. The bed was super comfortable and I loved that it’s near the pool, the bar, and so close to the beach . I will definitely come back and rent here

We had a great stay at this property. Steps away from the beach and also pool. We had an issue with the dishwasher and it got completely replaced with a brand new one within an hour. I was truly amazed at how quickly both Las Palomas and the owners took care of us.

Great stay, paid extra for inaccurate listing
Our stay was great, the location of the unit was perfect! The listing shows for 5 people, but it was actually for 4 so we ended up out of pocket at check in. I was a little surprised there was not even an offer of reimbursement when we made the property manager aware of this. Especially after realizing we paid more to book when we included everyone. So I guess we got double charged. Additionally, bring your own trash bags, extra TP, and paper towels. There is only one of each provided. The unit is next to the elevator so expect any noises from that. Otherwise it was a great stay! The unit is nice and clean, right next to the beach.

Exceeded expectations, while visiting Phoenix we decided to take a quick trip to the beach in Mexico. Ground floor unit, fully stocked, comfy beds. Close to everything. Resort was so clean, amazing pools, friendly helpful staff. Great views, steps from the beach.

We absolutely loved this place. It is conveniently located on the 1st floor. Head out back to east access to the lazy River, pool and bar area. Beach access is only steps away.

Had a great time, location of the condo is perfect. Toaster was non functional, maintenance came to fix but was unable to so hopefully they have a system to get a new one. Luckily we had friends 2 condos down so we used their toaster. Definitely would stay again it was clean and convenient.

The property was exactly what we were expecting based off of the listing! We had a great ladies trip! Wonderfully stocked kitchen appliances. The back door had a slight issue locking but maintenance quickly came to fix the problem upon arrival. Beautifully decorated w/ comfortable furniture and beds. The only thing to note is it is ground floor right by the elevator..lots of noisy traffic going up and down at night. The patio view is of the outside pool bar but that was of no surprise to us as you can clearly see from the listed photos. Overall good condo and had a great experience!
