Spring Break
My husband and I brought our son and his friend down for 3 nights over Spring Break. Our son is a student at UoA and of course had lots of friends going down as well. I was able to get questions answered from the host in a very timely manner which was nice since I booked it the day prior to going. The unit was so nice and clean, beautiful views, and very comfortable accommodations. The patio was big and perfect for enjoying as well as its convenient location to the pool, beach and coffee shop. We loved our stay and will be back!

Great spring break!
This condo was perfect for me, my husband, our daughter and her 3 friends. The girls had the two bedrooms and their own bath while hubby and I had the room with the en-suite. The rooms were far enough apart that we didn’t hear them late at night. Kitchen and eating area was spacious for all 6 of us. Loved being able to pop out to pool and beach directly from the patio. The patio was the best hang out spot for all the young adults. Will stay here again!

Annual family vacation
This home was perfect. The only negative, the actual property was under construction of the pool, tile around the pool and painting of the resort, which left limited pool chairs. We stayed in phase II. Phase I resort was under construction as well, which left their pool out of order. We were uninformed about all the noise and restrictions. Other than that, it was a good vacation.

We had a nice getaway at this property. It has a wonderful patio that opens up to the swimming pool area. The unit unit self is oversized, which is somewhat unique in my experience and these types of units. Everything was clean, especially the bedding and towels, we had some very minor maintenance items that were taken care of within minutes, I would stay here again thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed the resort and the condo. It was a beautiful location. We were greatly entertained by the dolphins. It would be an awesome stay with children as you could enjoy the patio and keep an eye on them.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was just as listed. Plenty of room, comfortable, and an amazing location. The room is half a level up from the pool area so you still have great views of the water and you can walk right from the patio to the pools and beach.

Perfectly situated on the ground floor near pools on one side and elevator and parking on the other. Nicely appointed 3 bedroom 2 bath. Plenty of seating and storage. Kitchen had equipment for cooking which was helpful. Also loved the coffee shop just around the corner. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay for 6 adults
This place was even better than expected, as I don’t think the pictures online do it justice. We had 6 adults stay for a week and there was plenty of space for all of us, and room for everyone to spread out. The bunk beds are in what was probably a closet or something, but it worked great and even had a small tv mounted in there. The ceilings are high. The kitchen had all the dishes and pots and pans we needed. The ground floor location was awesome and made beach and pool access very easy. It also has a huge balcony with 2 tables that can easily accommodate large groups and we are all of our meals out there. Housekeeping also stops by each day to tidy up. I was nervous about driving down across the border, but crossing the border was no big deal. We felt perfectly safe at the resort and even driving into town, going to the grocery store and restaurants. It was the perfect vacation spot for our family and I look forward to staying here again!

Amazing views and beautiful resort. Our condo had some issues so I will be messaging the resort owner to inform them. Nothing major but certainly things they needed addressing. I would definitely recommend this resort. We had a great time with our extended families and would love to go back again some day.

Las Palomas is the Spring Break place to be! My sons and their friends (all adults) stayed in this unit as it has always been one of our favorites! First floor, walk right out to the pool or beach, grills out the front door and no waiting for the elevator!! Las Palomas has ALL the amenities!!

The condo was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful view. The kitchen was well equipped. We would stay there again. Although the large patio had ample chairs and a table, a couple of lounge chairs on which to recline and soak up the sun would have been welcomed.

The unit is well placed and convenient to everything with a beautiful view to the ocean. My only concerns was the bed in the master bedroom is very soft, and the curtains need to be replaced. We were charged $65 for a coffee pot they said we broke, but when I told them it was like that when we got there and showed a picture they said they would reverse the charge

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to others. We enjoyed the heated Hot tubs and pool. I would recommend that the owners provide the condo with a toaster that works. The one in the condo was broken. Also we would have appreciated a sponge and more dish towels.

We arrived to a large condo and the unit was grand and beautiful with a beautiful view. I would have liked more personal touches with better decor and some of the furniture was outdated. The water damage in the ceiling of the other bedroom should be fixed and the screens on the sliding glass doors. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals while you stay. The master bath had a beautiful garden tub to relax in and the shower was upgraded and had nice water pressure. We also enjoyed how it was an elevated ground unit and so close to the pool areas and the beach. All and all we would definitely stay there again and I recommend this beautiful property to others wanting to get away and be at peace.

The location of this condo is great. The ground floor gives you easy access to the beach and pools. Best stocked patio I have been on, it had plenty of seating. There was plenty of seating inside as well. The furniture was well kept and the beds were great. The only things I can say negatively is that the main bathroom could use some ceiling repair and there could be a few more kitchen supplies.

Our overall experience was great. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen all we did was bring our food. The bedrooms were comfortable and large. The only not so good things were the bunk beds were very squeaky, the condo needs some paint touch ups and the ceiling needs to be fixed in the first bathroom. As far as cleanliness everything looked good but the floors in the unit were dirty. However, none of these things took away from the enjoyment of our stay.

We had a great time. Las Palomas is a great place to stay with friends and family. The resort was clean and well maintained. The condo however smelled like sewage most of the week. Not sure if the the problem lies within the condo or the resort. Overall, we would stay at Las Palomas again.

This unit has a great location in the complex but it is in need of updating and repair. The screen doors were broken and off the tracks. Maintenance unable to repair. If you have small children as we did note that the patio gate is not in place. The washing machine is newer but all controls are in Spanish. I know I’m in Mexico but maybe a simple instruction sheet in English would be helpful. Kitchen has a very random array of supplies.. knife set w/broken handles which fell apart when we attempted to cut a lime! Luckily I brought a lot of my own. The unit was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The front desk was very attentive and willing to help as they could. The unit also seems to have some issues with the distribution of cooling. The back master bedroom was freezing and the front one very warm. Overall we had a fun time, Las Paloma’s keeps the grounds beautifully managed! It’s just this unit needs a face lift!
