Large separate walk in laundry room with full size laundry facilities.The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and Granite counter tops.

Pretty good, but some things were disappointing
We enjoyed our stay. The location had great amenities... slides, pools, hot tubs and everything was fairly clean and well kept up. The beach is not that far at all from the hotel - maybe 100 yards max. We enjoyed the somewhat private hotel area, and we did get some vendors! The vendors were somewhat overpriced - but understandable since it was so far outside of town. It's a long drive in from town - about 15 minutes or more. The grills are terrible. Half are have broken nobs, and the grill grates are TOO FAR from the heating element - making it nigh impossible to sear your food unless you leave it there to cook forever. It seems part of the grill was custom made, but poorly thought out - as it does not get hot enough quick enough.. They only have 1 working elevator! Elevator rides with all your stuff to and from the car can take up to 20+ minutes from how many people are getting on and off. The 2nd elevator apparently has been broken dozens of times. They really should have 4 elevators.. I hope they learn their lesson on the 2nd phase and beyond (they probably won't). They did not provide or offer any carts/trollies to bring our luggage up to our hotel room when we arrived. They said they didn't have any.. Then on the day we left, they magically had carts now.. The rooms were okay on 609 - but the room with the dual full beds was cheaped out on. They could have put 2 queens just fine - and the mattresses were very hard and low quality. The bedrooms AC would never get cold!

Will never stay here again
Just to get here was a disaster. Almost got stuck in the mud on there dirt road. They shut the power off every day in the morning. No A/C in there so called game room or gym. It's Saturday today and they are painting the tables down by the pool. What genius thinks that's a good idea??? They have no vending machines, you have to wait for the restaurant to open to get any type of food. One of the worst resorts ever.

The dirt road leading into the property was less than desirable however the property was very nice. The Kitchen could have used a lot more bigger pots and pans as we had a large party we read that before we came so we brought our own but would’ve been nice to have it there

Check- in process took awhile, no car to bring in our things, parking was full, so we had quite a walk. Loved the rooms, very spacious, clean, beautiful scenery. Enjoyed the swimming pools.

Great resort, nice condo, but underwhemingly stocked
This resort was really fun, the man at the front desk was so nice, friendly, and helpful (the girls not so much), and it was so awesome to be able to check out beach towels! The lounge beds under the palapas were awesome too! The gym did not have a/c, so that was a bummer. Construction noise starts at 8am sharp! The condo itself was very nice and clean, the beds were comfy, and the tv's were nice and big. A/C worked great in the main areas, but not so well in the bedrooms, and the bathroom fans were not very powerful. Nice fridge/freezer that kept everything the proper temps. HOWEVER, the kitchen is NOT fully stocked as advertised in the listing. The fact that it sleeps 16 means that it should be stocked to cook for 16 people. The largest pots and bowls were medium sized, which meant getting a few pots of water boiling all at the same time in order to eat together. Here's a list of things you need to bring that SHOULD be included in a fully stocked kitchen IMO: kitchen dishtowels/rags, hot pads/mits (for crying out loud!), cookie sheets, large pots, large serving bowls, crock pot, can opener, potato peeler, dishsoap, dish scrubbers, trash can liners, foil/plastic wrap, and cooking spray. Also, if you want to use the pull-out couches, you need to BYO blankets and sheets. There were two thin spare blankets in the whole condo, and definitely not big enough to cover two people on each pull out bed. Lastly, it would be helpful if the owner would respond more quickly to questions on VRBO. Sometimes it took several days, where most hosts respond within 24 hrs. Having said all of this though, we would return to this condo again, now knowing what to expect and what to bring. It really was a nice place to stay and it was awesome to be all together in one place with our friends.

The condo was great, but there were issues. Power outlets were not working in all bathrooms, there was no dish soap, or dish clothes. How are you supposed to clean dishes or counter tops without those items. Would have been nice if these items were furnished or if we had known to bring them with us. All we had leaks in 2 bathrooms and did not grace an emergency number that worked. Lastly because if all the construction, when we got home we found either concrete or paint specks on all 3 of our vehicles. Will not go again until construction is completed. Dirt road was no fun either.

Hotel is still under construction. Loud noise early morning every day! AC in room just ok wasn’t nice and cool. I liked it was away from the crowd. Will return once it’s 100% done to see if it’s any better. Just ok for now.

Aunque al principio nos sacamos un susto, por que por la parte de atras el hotel esta en costruccion, disfrutamos nuestra estancia, nos divertimos mucho.
