Many of Auckland’s most interesting sights can be found within easy reach of Pukekohe East, so it is a popular place to stay or visit on a day trip. When it’s time escape the city, plan a trip to one of the many nearby outdoor areas. Hit the trail and enjoy the popular natural reserves for which this area is so renowned, like Crater Hill in Mangere.
If you have a passion for golf, visit the Aviation Country Club, the Grange Golf Course in Papatoetoe and the JKs Driving Range. It’s a great way to get out and enjoy the fresh air.

Sports fans vacationing in Pukekohe East should book tickets for Mt. Smart Stadium to see the Warriors in action. Make sure to wear red, white and black, the colors of the Warriors.
