Schöner Urlaub!
Wir haben einen erholsamen und wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem voll ausgestatteten, sauberen Haus von Giorgios verbracht. Die Natur und die Landschaft ringsum sind bezaubernd. Wir haben das griechische Flair des Hauses, die Lage und die Gastfreundlichkeit von Giorgios sehr genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Phantastisch
Giorgos und seine Frau Terpsi sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Wegen der Ankunftszeit unseres Fluges sind wir bereits nachts an der Unterkunft angekommen. Giorgos hatte gesagt, wir sollten ihn jederzeit anrufen, sobald wir dort sind. Tatsächlich habe ich ihn um 4 Uhr morgens angerufen und ein paar Minuten später war er da und hat uns den Zugang zum Haus ermöglicht. Außerdem hat er uns auch die schönsten Strände in der Umgebung gezeigt und wo man direkt am Meer parken kann. Das Haus war blitzblank und sauber. In der Küche gibt es sämtliche Utensilien. Das Haus liegt schön am Ortsrand von Falanthi in wunderbarer Umgebung. Der Pool ist eingerahmt von Bananenstauden, Feigenbäumen und sonstigen Gewächsen. Ansonsten blickt man auf Olivenhaine. Wenn man etwas braucht, kann man Giorgos anrufen. Er und Terpsi kümmern sich sofort. Bereits eine Woche nach unserer Rückkehr fragte meine Tochter, ob wir wieder dort hinfahren können. Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir das tun werden.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus liegt abgelegen und alleinstehend in einem großen Garten. Die Dachterrasse mit dem grandiosen Ausblick war unser abendliches Highlight. Wer Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto aber innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind super nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Ein einziger Wunsch blieb offen: eine Klimaanlage auch in den Schlafräumen hätte den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht! Traumhaftes Anwesen
Absolut traumhaftes, toll eingerichtetes Anwesen und Haus eingebettet in großen Garten mit privatem sehr großen Pool, in dem man auch ohne Probleme Bahnen schwimmen kann. Am besten aber: die Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit des Vermieters Giorgios (und des Nachbarn Christian) der uns während unseres Aufenthaltes eigenes Olivenöl und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten vorbeibrachte, und gleich Hilfe bei unserem Leihauto (die Motorwarnleuchte leuchtete) anbot.

Traumhafter Ort zum entspannen
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Ferienhaus von Giorgios, wurden freundlich empfangen und hatten jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der nächste Strand und Supermarkt sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ohne Auto geht es allerdings nicht, wenn man von Land und Leuten etwas sehen möchte. Wir danken der Familie Kapiniaris für alles und können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus am unteren Ortsrand des Dorfes Falanthi ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Eine Terasse und ein schöner Pool gehören auch dazu. Angrenzend wachsen Olivenbäume. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick.

Erholungsurlaub pur!
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen urigen Dorf inmitten eines riesigen Gartens mit vielen mediterranen Pflanzen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Das Haus war super sauber und gemütlich und mit allem Komfort eingerichtet, damit man sich rundum wohlfühlen konnte. Der Pool liegt inmitten eines wunderschönen Gartens und wurde vom Vermieter regelmäßig gesäubert. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar hat uns sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen und waren stets bemüht, uns unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten und verwöhnten uns mit Obst und Gemüse sowie Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung. Der Urlaub bleibt für uns unvergessen und wir möchten auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen. Für uns ist diese angemessene 5-Sterne-Bewertung auch ein Dankeschön an die tolle Zeit und an das Vermieter-Ehepaar Kapiniaris, dass dieses Ferienhaus mit Leib und Seele betreibt!

Traumhaftes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht
Dieses Haus ist wirklich ideal. Es liegt recht einsam am Rande des Ortes, dadurch ist es absolut ruhig und man ist absolut für sich. Der Pool ist fantastisch! Die Aussicht von der Dachterrase über die Olivenhaine bis zum Meer ist auch super. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und schaut regelmäßig nach dem Rechten. Hier gibt es wirklich absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Tranquilité, propreté des lieux , disponibilité des propriétaires.
Maison de vacances très bien équipée, très propre ! La tranquilité au milieu des oliviers ! Belles balades à pieds au départ de la maisons tous les matins ! Les propriétaires sont hyper disponibles et d'une grande gentillesse ! Leur huile d'olive produite sur place est top ! Les plages autour de la maison (env 10' en voitures ) sont tranquilles et bien entretenues . Plein de visites à réaliser à 1h30 - 2 h de la location. Commerces à 5' en voiture au sein desquels on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.
