The room I reserved through expedia said it was a king superior suite with a jetted tub. The room I received looked nothing like the room I reserved. Talked to the front desk they said the room i reserved would cost extra and doesn't have the jetted tub. I was confused by all this but anyway the room we were given the jetted tub was filthy. So they moved us to the other one on the first floor and again the jetted tub was filthy. I went to the front desk and asked for cleaner and a towel. They gave it to me and i cleaned it.

Very nice and friendly staff working here make u feel welcome! They are waiting for u at the front desk it's nice to not have to wait for 30min before someone finally gets to the desk.

Room was OK. The hot tub was cold and filthy, the pool did not look much better. The sink in the room was very slow to drain and the shower curtain rod was loose from the wall.

When I got there, I unpacked my clothes for the first room that they put me in. I had to change rooms because roaches were everywhere when they put me in the second room on the other side of the premises there are roaches in that room also hotel said that it was pet friendly, they did not tell me when I checked in. It was $20 a day for an animal they waited until I checked out and I asked them about it. They told me since I paid through a third-party I get charged $100 $20 a day for my animal , which was Bull you should’ve told me at the time of check-in

The location was ideal for the plans I had in the area. It was a comfortable bed and my room was in a quiet location in the building. The room was clean and had the amenities that I like: microwave, small fridge, desk, reading chair, and a big tv that worked fine.

Language barrier for checking in. Fridge didn’t work and all our food was ruined. Hot tub didn’t have working jets and was not hot. Left something in room called to have them check. Never got a call back. Went to hotel and they said they checked but didn’t find anything. When I looked I found it.

The pool was closed and that could’ve been updated on Expedia that it was closed. This is the reason why I booked this motel. Also I was overcharged for my pet when I said it was only supposed to be $20 for two nights and I was charge $40, I even talk to the owner. The carpeting in my room was not vacuumed and the toilet was wonky. And yes, I did inform the front desk of this I will not be staying there again.

Hello Christine, thanks for your feedback. I am very sorry that your stay was not exceptional. I will pass along your comments about your room condition to our Housekeeping Supervisor. We would have been happy to fix this problem immediately for you. The pool was closed due to Scott country health department. we did take action and the pool opened this week. I'm sorry for the pet to charge our pets charge police per pet/per night 20.00. you stay hotel for two nights with a pet for 40.00.I hope that you will consider visiting us again so that we can provide a superior experience for you.

My kids were excited about the pool, however we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool area had food crumbs and someone had removed their fake fingernails by the hot tub and left them there. Pool towels were not to leave the pool area so we had to walk back to our room in cold wet suits. The room was pretty clean although the dresser drawers could use a good vacuum, and the window was clouded over with condensation between the two pane glass so you couldn't really see out.

On night one we had poop on the sheets told front desk they just said ok new room NOT SORRY or anything! Night two tv would not work and curtains were sooo dirty! Night three they moved us to a new room and my son came to visit us and his room had cockroaches ALLL OVER THE FRIDGE!! They moved them but NO REFUND, NO DISCOUNT!!! I’m calling the health department and more about how dirty and discussing the rooms were NOT to mention the unsafe pool!! The light for the pool was hanging out on pool side with a big hole in pool plus very dirty pool!!! I talked to them about it they just said yes, yes!!! Really ??? NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Yes I tried to leave but booked it and paid ahead of time and told NO REFUND FIR YOU!!!
