"The bed was too hard and pillows firm. I prefer a softer mattress and fluffy pillows. In our room, the AC unit required a key to operate that was attached to our room key so when you leave, the AC unit turns off. So you come out of the heat to a hot humid room. However, our friends room AC unit didn’t require a key so make sure to ask about that. Other than that, the rooms are very spacious and clean. Our balcony was amazing to sit in the morning and have a cup of coffee looking out at the ocean...
