I found the room to be in good repair with no issues. The check-in was fast and staff was helpful. Easy to hail a taxi since the hotel is on a major street. I enjoyed the convenience of having a full service restaurant in the morning for a quick breakfast.

José, creo que no supo manipular el monomando para que le saliera agua caliente, tampoco tenemos en recepción ningún reporte de alguna habitación con ese problema.

My room was not clean enough. The curtain on the window is awfully dirty and the rail is broken. The air conditioner didn't work. The sink in the bathroom had water leaking all over. The shower was old, full of mineral sediments and clogged up

The hotel is super clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They assist with all my requests and made me feel welcome. I only speak English, but they accommodated me very well.

The room was not clean. The floor was not clean and towels were stained. You could hear noises for the room next door through the vents. I would not recommend this hotel.

El lugar está bien para descansar. La ubicación está muy céntrica y llegas caminando a cualquier lugar de interés (museo, plaza, centro, restaurantes). Lo único es que el estacionamiento tiene muy poco espacio de maniobra para meter/sacar el coche.

Hotel is located within a couple blocks from downtown and many food and entertainment options. For this reason it’s also a very noisy area and me being a light sleeper was very difficult to sleep uninterrupted. Cleanliness can REALLY be improved, we got there and our sheets were dirty, asked them to replace them and they were dirty as well. Staff was nice about it but this threw us off so much we didn’t even want to eat at the restaurant after it.
