In town for a comedy show at PNC Arena. Hotel and staff (Lisa) were amazing and it was less than a 10 min walk to arena. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was helpful and we had no issues with our room. The location is incredibly convenient to PNC Arena; an easy walk over to see a Hurricanes game.

Check in was easy. The room was large and clean. Two issues: the water in the bathroom sink came out in a trickle. I told the desk about it the morning after checking but it still was not fixed by checkout the following day. The room was not made up or fresh towels provided. Maybe I missed something, but I didn't see anything to indicate the service was not provided. I didn't get back to the room until 11:30 PM so not much I could do at that time. The fitness center was adequate but one of the treadmills had a bad belt with a pronounced vibration.

Wooded oasis and a short walk to Canes victory!
Perfect location and a beautiful hotel. Felt like I was in a ski resort, actually. Super friendly staff who remembered several regulars it seemed. Had an issue with the tv not working but a call down to the front desk and a call back had it working within 20 minutes. View outside the windows were gorgeous with incredible black-out shades. We almost slept the whole day away. Room was so spacious it could’ve used better lighting but other than that I can see why folks come back - especially for Carolina Hurricanes hockey games!

Hotel was clean and on the wooded side, quiet. I was able to enjoy the view of the fireworks show at the NC State Fair from my room. The room was a single King and was very spacious and comfortable. While the hotel is walking distance to the fair, a shuttle would have been nice, as the walk to the fair is slightly uphill the whole way. I would also have liked transportation to-from the airport without having to call Lyft/Uber. My only complaint was that the hotel shop had a very limited selection of first aid items for purchase - there were 3 different types of allergy medicines, but no Tylenol or Advil for headaches.
