The stay was really nice they had breakfast, a bar, a fire pit, it was really close to everything and check out wasn’t until 12 o’clock. Any time that I come to town that will be the place that I stay

I stayed just one night. Terrific location. I felt safe. Loved that there was a bar for a cocktail. The staff was friendly and efficient. Hotel was clean, up to date. Would absolutely stay here again.

Bar and breakfast were great. Door near pool (where I ended up having to park) never worked with my room key-had to knock and hoped to be let in), or walk around the building. I had an opened jar of salsa and half a quesadilla in the fridge for me when I got there. That was disgusting. Other than that-room was good.

Great location. Second time staying here. Easy on and off Route 40 in Raleigh. Wegmans across the street, and so many other stores to shop and eat at. The reception person was very friendly and sweet. The place was clean. I like that they use cleaning items that are not overly perfumed. Clean place. ☺️

4/5 stars only bc they’re understaffed
We were there for a volleyball tournament for my daughter. They were limited on the rooms with 2 beds so we got upgraded to a king suite with a pull out. There was only 1 front desk attendant and he had a line out the door. He was lovely but they need more help. Had to come down to request the sheets and blankets but left bc there was a huge line and then just called it in. Morning breakfast was great but I was looking forward to the smoothies I remember you all having and there were none. Our room received fresh towels but all 3 nights never had our beds made and the kitchenette floor was sticky from the night we got there.

We’d stay again
Nicely appointed room very clean and not overly sweet smelling just fresh and refreshing. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in a long time. Everything worked no leaky faucets, no running toilets. Now the tv remote needs to have numbers on it and numbers for the stations that’s the only not so good thing about our stay. Oh and the breakfast and its selections are wonderful.

Very clean and quiet property. This hotel was top-notch with updated amenities. The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was good and the hotel has a very nice lobby and bar area. The fitness facility is up to date with the latest equipment. There is a strip mall and supermarket in walking distance. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I would stay here again. I visit the area several times per year

Hreat hotel, great location. Front desk attendants were friendly and professional. Unfortunately the luggage carts were all taken and no where to be found which was inconvenient. Breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive. The bartender however was rude and inattentive. My wife asked for some lemon for her water, the bartender didn't speak, threw them on the bar then upon being thanked just ignored us both. So rude and unprofessional. Otherwise, though, a great experience, will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the service was good. The elevators were very slow, even for a 6 floor or more building they were extremely slow. The internet and WiFiwas the worst. Had no good clear internet connection and it was very ineffective as I was working from my room late in the afternoon and connection continued to drop.
