We are about 500m away from the station and about 700m from the historic center: this information is highlighted on our site and we certainly have no reason to give information other than this. Our breakfast room is served inside the room: it was your choice to use the table that is outside, but which is certainly not part of the breakfast room: it is a small courtesy terrace. It is not intended for breakfast use! When the doors that must remain closed for security reasons are opened by unauthorized persons, they ring as they are unauthorized passages; We are sorry that this has bothered you. We have the authorization to swich on the A/C from Comune di Ravenna from 01/06/2022 due to the global energy crisis. I'm very surprised that we get from you a bad review regarding the taxi, we are not a transport company and we have contacted all the numbers we have to try to help you. This hotel, as you can see from the updated photos and descriptions, is from the 60s, and only the SUPERIOR rooms are completely renovated, with lots of photos attached to any booking site !! We had no communication for the air conditioning and our staff speaks PERFECTLY both English and French than German ... you've probably been in another hotel ... greetings
