The pool broke down the morning of our arrival and stayed closed the 4 days we were there. This is a more expensive choice of hotels in the area and only picked it, and paid the extra, for the pool. We were offered no discount, refund, compensation, vouchers, anything for the inconvenience. The room keys only worked once and then had to be reprogrammed, ice machine was out the first time we tried to get ice. Without touching the facet, the shower water would fluctuate cold/hot. Needless to say, we will stick with the cheaper options from now on, as there was little to gain for the cost.

It would have been fine accept the treadmill and elliptical trainer in the gym were broken and we were staying there mostly for the gym. The stationary bike worked relatively well. There was no water available at breakfast. The staff were all very nice.

This property is the best available in a remote area. The equipment in the gym facility did not work. The check in process was a headache, double charged and it still has not been resolved after checkout. We are waiting for a follow up call for resolution.

The TV/Cable was out for the entire 3 days of our stay and we repeated contacted the front desk and got a different story everytime but problem was not fixed during our stay.

This hotel in my opinion could definitely use another upgrade. The carpet is dirty and stained in the room, the bathroom door was peeling up on the bottom. Honestly I’m not that picky, but it can’t cost much to at least install adult size toilets. The towels were few and super old and scratchy from bleach. We had housekeeping come in when we weren’t out of the room yet and it was 10:45. Then another knock housekeeping at 10:50. The two young men on the staff were nice and polite and helpful. Also, the mattress, pillows and duvet were in need of replacing
