Great property at a fair price in Reno! The location is not ideal, but with a little driving, I could access restaurants, etc. My room was clean. The breakfast was robust. There is plenty of free parking. The staff was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay. I recommend staying here!

We stayed two nights and housekeeping did not come by to clean the room or make sure we didn’t need new towels. We had to go down to the front desk and ask for clean towels. We could hear housekeeping upstairs cleaning the room above up at 8 in the morning both morning but yet our room was never cleaned. We had other issues as well but it doesn’t matter because nothing is never done to make it better.
