Housekeeping only made 1 bed and provided us with 1 clean towel for 2 registered guest. Pool and gym were closed. Front desk were very unprofessional at check in time .

Hello we don’t have a gym . Pool is closed because it still rains . If there was any belongings on the beds then housekeeping will not make the bed I will Speak to housekeeping about the issues .

My family of four recently stayed in a two double bedroom at SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Point Richmond, and our experience was okay. On the positive side, the room was equipped with essential amenities including a microwave and mini fridge, which made our stay convenient. The shower pressure was satisfying, and the ample supply of towels was appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the beds left much to be desired, with noticeable stains that were concerning. While we managed, it did detract from our overall comfort. We encountered connectivity issues with the smart TV, as it was unable to connect to the WiFi network. The front desk staff explained that the hotel is undergoing renovations, and the new TVs have not been fully integrated into the WiFi system yet. Additionally, the closure of the pool due to renovations limited our access to amenities during our stay. One highlight was the complimentary breakfast, where we enjoyed the option to make our own waffles. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by other guests who left the dining room in disarray, including leaving the waffle maker unattended. In the absence of a dining room attendant, I had to intervene to prevent a potential hazard. In summary, our stay at SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Point Richmond was decent, but there is definite room for improvement. We hope that once the renovations are complete, the hotel will address these issues to provide a more enjoyable experience for guests.

At the end of the day this is a motel but, if you are busy going round town and coming back to sleep and you have your own transport, I do highly recommend it. Staff was very very helpful and my room was immaculate.

I had a room on the first floor and was able to get a parking spot right in front of my door, but there was this off putting smell. It was a disgusting smell it seemed as if it were coming from bush I parked next too. The room even had a weird smell to it.

Our stay was very short and enjoyed the time we were there. We were looking forward for some time in the pool, since we had brought our toddler and some time in the gym to not fall behind our exercise but both were closed unfortunately. Other than that it was enjoyable.

This place gives out real breakfast with the stay this is why I came back but this time we got a dirty room that smelled the front desk didn’t question me when I came back they moved us and the new room which was much better overall not a bad stay again they have a waffle marker

Everything was good stayed 3 nights very comfy beds and dark rooms pretty spacious rooms only thing that threw me off is fist day there bathroom toilet clogged and the toilet water poured out immediately called front desk and maintenance guy fixed it and just offered towels I had to Ask myself for room service to at least mop the floor I asked if I could get a new room they said no because they were “fully booked “ but other than that problem was was good

Me and my husband really Enjoyed our stay at this Hotel The young lady who attended us To get us settled into our room was amazing.. Asked for a non-smoking room It was clean Bathroom was Clean, I loved the mirror Perfect for pictures. Also, the heater warmed up the room so quickly. The bed was amazingly comfortable Your body Literally melts into the bed. Didn't even want to wake up for check out time. Didn't actually make it to the breakfast, Maybe next time, just slept in Overall a very great stay much needed time together thank you so much. One thing, however, I would recommend if I can is the pillow cases, Check them out A bit more thoroughly. I know it's hard to keep stains away, especially on white sheets. But I brought my own pillow cases other than that, everything was great.

It's right next to freeway exit, pretty noisy, they even provided ear plugs. The room is specious and clean, mattress is good. Come with breakfast between 6a-9a, nothing fancy but sufficient. The area just give you an uncomfortable feeling, I didn't see anything weird but just not letting me feel safe.

Truck parking,breakfast in the morning, close to dining we're a major plus. Night time activities a bit sketchy but nothing harmful. As a driver my crew and truck are first priority. We walked to dinner and weren't kept awake

The staffs here are super friendly especially the guy who worked at the front desk during his grave yard shift. He went above and beyond and he was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I asked the front desk to place me away from the train tracks and he was very accommodating. But it’s hard to avoid the noise of the freeway. They do provide ear plugs for the noise. The breakfast was okay. They have a DIY waffle maker which is pretty cool. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and this place is very affordable. The best 2 star motel I’ve ever stayed in. Kudos to the staff!!!

The friendliness of the staff was not enough to overcome the conditions of the place. This hotel is not in a very safe area. This hotel is worn out. The shower slopes towards the toilet, and the toilet slopes towards the shower. If you are looking for a 2-star hotel. This is what you will get.
