The floors looked like relatively new laminate, but otherwise somewhat dated and worse for wear. Bathroom light stopped working, shower curtain Rod about to fall from wall, bathroom tap control very loose. AC thermostat out of whack. Wifi intermittent Conversation in adjacent room sounded like it was right beside me. If those folks had of been loud or stayed up late, would have been a long night.

Check in was fine and the front desk clerk was friendly. Other than that, I was completely disappointed… not that I was expecting a lot. First room didn’t have a working television or remote. After getting a remote from front desk, got an error screen requiring directv access code. Front desk clerk tried to help but ended up moving me to a different room with two queens instead of the reserved king. Room was not particularly clean and had peeling caulking in the bathroom, cracked grout falling out between tiles, toilet paper roll was behind toilet nearly two feet away, water pressure wouldn’t have rinsed food off a dinner plate. It was a long day of driving and I just wanted a comfortable place to crash. Too much hassle for what was received.

Please move the toilet paper wall mount to the wall to the right of the toilet seat. Right now, it is placed on the back wall to the left of the toilet seat, making it very hard to reach.

Overall, not a bad hotel, my only complaint is it said it had complimentary breakfast that it did not have and also there was no coffee maker in the room.

The room was clean, and the bed, comfortable. The water temperature for the shower was not warm enough for my liking, and towels were small. Deadbolt was not functional. It took 2-4 tries to open the door with the key card.

When we got to property, they couldn’t accommodate us due to flooding at motel. Sent us somewhere else. After driving for 10 hours, this was a terrible experience. We are elderly and could not under the man at front desk. English was horrible.

The breakfast option was most memorable. The water pressure in the shower was great and the AC was cold. There were a few areas in the room that could have been better. The pop-up drain cap to the bathroom sink was missing and there was a leak at the shower head.

Windhams facilities are not up to old standards
When we arrived theyvwere very nice and alliwed us to check in early because we were having vehicle trouble. But we asked for handicap accessible and they had none. Their add says they have laundry facilities. They have none. It costed me 8 dollars at the laundromat just to wash 1 load of laundry. Fortunately a gentlemen had extra time on his drier and i didnt have to pay for drying. They have only coffee at the site. They give you a coupon for Dennys down the road. Which is fine.

Staff was pleasant. They are new owners, so they are trying to update and remodel, so we took that into consideration. There was no coffee in lobby and king bed was very uncomfortable!. I hope in their remodel they get comfortable beds. Room was nice and big had a couple of chairs to sit in which was nice. Had frig and microwave. For the price it was really a nice room. Free breakfast voucher for Dennys was nice. I breakfast was awesome, good cooks!! Friendly staff. I will go vack if I am ever in that area again. Especially if they get comfortable beds.
