Great hotel in less a few teething problems.
This is a positive review on the whole. When we checked in we were not given the grade of room we had paid for so when I noticed, we were asked to wait amidst much head scratching as they found the appropriate room. Spotlessly clean and in very nice once in. However in the afternoon / evening we noticed that the aircon was not working (38 degrees outside). After much of an ado and a few attempts of it being fixed to no avail we slept in another room the first night. The Aircon was promptly fixed the next morning so no problems. Breakfast - plentiful and fresh and very nice selection. A tip, ask the waitresses for fresh coffee as opposed to using the machine. All included. Location is very good with a bus stop almost outside to head up the coast or to the shopping mall. There is access to the private beach Bagno 27 but we didn't bother with that ad instead explored in the day time and stayed by the pool in the afternoon.

The hotel was great ! I booked the room with pictures of wood floors and got carpet. Seems like some have been renovated and some not. The rooms were big and the staff was friendly . It is located steps form the beach , but you need to rent chairs and that’s at an extra fee of 25 euros plus parking is 10 euros a day extra

For as much as we pod for this room, I would have expected much more. The room had a nice overall look, but was cheap when you looked closer. There was a large hole in the wall under the desk. The eniltire outlet came out of another wall when I tried to remove my phone charger. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever tried to sleep in. The powers went out in the entire hotel around midnight for two hours. During these two hours it would come on for a second and then go back out. With each cycle, it would reset a light in the hallway to turn on and was accompanied by an annoying beep. Sleep was not an option. When we questioned about room service, which is noted as being 24 hours on their site, we were told there was NO room service at all. The breakfast buffet was also a let down. Many of the items were gone. Plates and cutlery were a hot commodity, we found ourselves having to steal cups and forks from other tables so that we could eat. This was our only night in Rimini and we chose this hotel because of the name and reputation that comes with the Waldorf title. To say we were disappointed is a gross understatement.

Redefining the concept of four stars hotel
This for me should not be rated as a 4 stars hotel, i'd say one star is more than enough for these guys. Elevators are 40 years old, broken toilet, ridicoulus breakfast with low cost cakes and terrible coffee.

I HAD TO PAY 100 EURO EXTRA
I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA 100 EUROS BECAUSE OF MY CHILDREN ACCOMPANYING US. WHEN I ORIGINALLY BOOKED ONLINE, I ONLY HAD THE OPTION OF LISTING THE NUMBER OF ADULTS. IT GAVE ME NO OPTION FOR CHILDREN. WHEN WE ARRIVED, I GAVE THE CLERK OUR PASSPORTS AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT I'D HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE CHILDREN. I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS VERY FAIR, BUT I PAID IN ORDER TO AVOID AN INTERNATIONAL INCIDENT. THE ROOMS WERE COMFORTABLE (A/C AND HOT WATER FOR SHOWERING), BUT NOT VERY CLEAN. THE CARPETS WERE VERY STAINED/DIRTY AND THE SHOWER WAS ALSO STAINED. THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS GOOD THOUGH.

Het hotel op zich was ok maar Rimini was te toeristisch voor ons. Geen behoorlijke terrasstoelen op terras, jammer. Rammelende airco waar eerst geen gehoor op werd gegeven. Na 2 slechte nachten een andere kamer gekregen, iets ruimer maar met dezelfde slechte stoelen op terras. Parking vonden we ook veel te duur, €20,- per nacht. Ze weten waarschijnlijk dat er weinig alternatieven zijn.

Pris og kvalitet hænger ikke sammen.
Venligt personale. Præsident suiten som vi havde lejet, levede ikke op til forventningen i forhold til prisen. Airconditionanlæg virkede kun i halvdelen af suiten, så det blev meget varmt om natten. Der var næsten ingen varmt vand på det ene badeværelse. God stor altan. Morgenmaden var heller ikke specielt god.

Purtroppo uno dei nostri rari weekend di vacanza è stato goduto al 50% a causa del fatto che l’hotel scelto - che dalle foto sembrava interamente ristrutturato - era in realtà piuttosto datato e non rispondeva alle nostre aspettative… Tra l’altro il prezzo non era conforme alla qualità della camera che, seppur molto grande, era davvero datata. Isolamento scarso, il ché ha nuociuto al nostro risposo. Detto ciò, posizione favorevole e terrazza vista mare molto carina e vivibile; colazione abbondante e con ampia scelta di cibi e bevande. Personale nel complesso gentile. Mi dispiace, ma non ci torneremo.

Super fint hotel med store værelser og store senge. Morgenmaden var super god, havde en hel afdeling med glutenfri alternativer og laktosefri alternativer. Det var fedt. Ligger helt perfekt. Dejlige restauranter i nærheden. Stranden er i baghaven, dog skal man betale for solsenge selvom der står der er privat strand. Ville helt klart bo her igen hvis jeg skal til rimini. Poolen på toppen af hotellet er virkelig god, super udsigt, dejlig bar.

CAMERA DATATA E NON RISTRUTTURATA
Purtroppo al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che le foto riportate sul sito dell'albergo non corrispondevano a tutte le camere della struttura. Ci è stata assegnata una camera laterale con una stupenda vista mare, peccato però che l'interno fosse decisamente datato. La doccia era piena di calcare e l'acqua faceva fatica a fuoriuscire tanto che abbiamo dovuto svitarla e lavarci con il getto diretto. Un vero peccato perché l'accoglienza è stata ottima e ci aspettavamo una camera moderna come da foto ufficiali. Il solarium spettacolare. Un vero peccato dover dare questa recensione non completamente positiva, ritengo comunque non corretto pagare un prezzo pieno per una soluzione non corrispondente al vero, quantomeno se le camere ristrutturate sono tutte occupate sarebbe opportuno farlo sapere ed eventualmente applicare uno sconto sulla prenotazione.

Das Hotel ist schön, sauber und gepflegt. Leider wurden wir etwas unfreundlich von der Dame an der Rezeption empfangen. Unser Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und das Frühstück war lecker. Schade ist nur dass sich auf dem Balkon kein Wäscheständer für die nasse Badekleidung befindet. Denn über die Brüstung soll man seine Sachen nicht hängen. Ebenso stand hier im Internet dass das Parken 10€ kostet. Leider mussten wir vor Ort feststellen, dass dies 15€ pro Tag kostet. Unter anderem dachten wir die Liegestühle Schirm wären im Gesamtpreis inkludiert. Auch hier mussten wir extra zahlen. Schade dass dies nicht im Vorfeld erwähnt wird. Leider entspricht der Roof-top-Pool optisch keinesfalls den Bildern die im Internet gezeigt werden. Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Insbesondere beim Frühstücksbüffet. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Ein tolles Hotel. Der Ausblick ist klasse und der Pool auf dem Dach war ab 17 Uhr unser Lieblings Platz. Das Personal hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Ganz besonders toll war der parkservice, die Parkplätze waren überfüllt jedoch konnte man dem Personal das Auto anvertrauen die perfekt parken konnten. Zudem durfte mir mein Verlobter ein Antrag auf dem Dach beim Pool machen was mein persönliches Highlight war. Danke dafür an das Hotel. Würde es jedem empfehlen die Lage ist mitten im Leben von rimini. Vor der Türe ein mega leckeres Restaurant und kleine Läden zum stöbern.
