Nice reasonably priced place to stay.
The property manager was fantastic. Very helpful with places to eat and places to go. Only the bedroom was air conditioned. Not all aluminum window louvers opened or closed (allow or stop air flow). Two stools at kitchen counter and a couch in living room. No place with a table to play a game. Beach chairs provided were useless - you are basically sitting on the ground.

nice place, clean, had everything we needed except for one more fan. Puerto Rico is HOT! That top balcony was on point. Met the neighbor hood kitties, saw huge iguana in tree tops. Cool bats at night. Glad we had a car as Rincon was farther then we thought. Road narrow and not safe to walk on. Could not get a taxi or uber, as our son took the car for a day and we were stuck in Rincon for a day
