"Room smelled like mildew and mold. And the floors were dirty . They did try to correct the problem and give us a different room but that room s floor was still just as dirty . In the new room they sprayed a disinfectant spray to mask the smell . I checked in and checked out the same day . Within 3 hours..Most of that time was trying to find an uber or lyft "

"The property needs a complete renovation, the staff needs to be trained, we had an issue with the bed sheets been dirty, we talked to the front desk person no apologies at all, the place has a lot potential, the location is great. "

"Room looks nice and clean. Staff was very king and nice, the attention was pretty good. Do not use the pool, but area look great and cozy. Except for the water running outside the curtain on the bathroom everithing else was well seems. plenty of parcking. Restaurant was also good, and the food great."

"We had a beautiful view. Our room was always spotless and the staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. I loved their brunch and dinner the first night was delicious too. I recommend the japanese pancakes, and the aztex sunrise for breakfast. I had steak medallions for dinner and they were cooked perfectly with a pesto sauce. I would suggest putting irons in the rooms and an attendant at reception to improve the experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will miss our view of the nature preserve; especially the baby donkeys."
