The manager and staff were friendly. The room had bugs in it. Carpet was a shambles. Tile looked broken. Not worth what we paid for our two nights there.

Sad it will be the last time we stay there. Are kid was in school and now out. It was so close to UC Riverside. If we ever end up Back in Riverside, I would stay here again.

Basic amenities in the rooms. You get what you pay for. Bathroom at the hotel room needed some cleaning. Bathtub had hair from previous occupant. Thankfully just stayed for 1 night.

The property and the room were very clean. The WiFi was fantastic! The bathtub has some chipping on the glaze and the shower heat was mounted off center so I had to shower up against the wall. The room didn’t have a remote control so I couldn’t watch tv, they didn’t have one available. So I watched tve in my iPad.

Super gross. Cockroach in the shower, the closet was just a freestanding wardrobe thing, dirty walls, homeless tweekers screaming obscenities in the middle of the night. Staff was apologetic at least.

The gentleman that I had encountered at check in was absolutely pleasant and very friendly but once I got into my room I wasn’t feeling too warm and bubbly anymore. The restroom was the first thing I looked at and the tub was peeling, there was a hole in the wall. I told my boyfriend we were checking out first thing in the morning because it was so late. In the morning I got up to gather our bags and shoes and saw behind the couch in our room were dead earwigs (yes plural).

The property was decent. The bathtub looked liked someone had painted it with a paint brush instead of doing a property recoating with proper materials. The roof started leaking and from the crack along where it was leaking, it had before. The location was very convenient. If they put some money into updating and properly repairing the buildings and keeping the trash cans outside emptied we would consider staying there again.

It was a tease the Marriott's next door
This place definitely needed a deep cleaning, new paint perhaps even a remodel. Trash was overflowing outside, the surrounding asphalt and walkways especially in front of the rooms needed to be steam cleaned or pressure washed. Very grubby
