Comfortable and convenient
Graziella was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is very convenient for visiting Siena, Florence, and the beaches. Set in a peaceful location, there are great walks in the area. The children really loved the swimming pool.

Dolce far niente
We spent there a nice week and got some rest of everyday routine. Because of the pool children had no interest to travel around- but it did not matter, we read books. We should come once again to do the sightseeing:) The apartment had everything we needed.

A fantastic holiday in a beautiful rural location
This is a true gem of a property. It is spotlessly clean and cosy and the hosts, Graziella and Leo are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped with directions to local out of the way places and phoned up for restaurant reservations. The location of the property is ideal for those who love the peace of the countryside. It is near to Roccastrada, an interesting hill town where there are shops and facilities. Attending the annual potato festival was fun! There are many other gorgeous towns and villages to explore nearby and Siena is an easy drive away too. We would love to return one day!

Toller Platz in der Natur
Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet und war sehr gepflegt. Das ist überhaupt das ganze Anwesen. Es liegt im schönsten Nichts (wirklich) und man kann Stachelschweine, Wiedehopfe und allerlei Blumen geniessen. Es hat alles, was man braucht und im Umkreis von 40/50 km gibt es heiße Quellen, einen Fluss mit Wasserfall, badegeeignet, Sienna und schönste Wälder und Dörfchen und das Meer. Graziella hatte gute Tipps bezüglich Ausflügen, guten Plätzen und Essen und hat leckeres eigenes Olivenöl und Honig. Der Pool wird emsig gepflegt und ist recht groß, allerdings darf man nicht reinspringen und zu wild machen. Für Kinder ist das ein wenig einschränkend.

Wir haben eine rundum traumhafte Zeit bei Graziella und Leonello verbracht. Beide waren ausgezeichnete Gastgeber, die sich immer wieder diskret um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert haben. Die Ruhe und herrliche Natur ist beeindruckend, wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Herzliches Idyll!!
Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sind hier die Schlüssel zum Glück. Dies erreicht man hier über eine 2Km lange Zufahrt über einen Feldweg. Der Porschefahrer wird hier unter Umständen etwas Herzblut lassen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Räume sind alle in einem sehr gepflegten, sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Zustand. Die Besitzer wohnen mit im Objekt. Man bekommt davon allerdings kaum etwas mit. Beide sind unglaublich nett. Olivenöl und Wein des Hauses sind unbedingt empfehlenswert! Der Pool wird mit geradezu stoischer Hingabe gepflegt und rein gehalten. Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen. Danke dafür!

Zwei Wochen haben wir in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man hört wirklich nur die Grillen zirpen. Wir sind sehr erholt nach Hause gefahren.

Sehr entspannte Flitterwochen
Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen hier verbracht und waren sehr begeistert. Das Haus und wie Ferienwohnung sind wunderbar hergerichtet und die Lage ist fantastisch! Umgeben von Natur in totaler Ruhe. Herrlich! Außerdem war es in der Wohnung dank der dicken Wände angenehm kühl.

Prachtig plek en huis met uitzichten! De eenvoud van t appartement was prettig en toch met alles voorzien. Heel toffe gastvrouw en heer. Omgeving prachtig en rustig. Tip: Wellicht een luifel en iets gemakkelijker stoelen aan voorkant van ons appartement.

Herrliche Natur in entspannter Ruhe
Wir wurden in dem Agriturismo sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern Graziella und Leonello begrüßt. Unsere nach Nordwesten ausgerichtete Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung des Inserats. Im sehr geräumigen Haupthaus befinden sich noch 2 weitere an Feriengäste vermietete Wohnungen und die Wohnungen der Besitzer. Auf dem großen Gelände verteilt sich aber alles so gut, dass es kein Problem ist, Privatsphäre zu finden. Der Pool ist eine Wucht, insbesondere an heißen Tagen sorgt er für die erfrischende Abkühlung. dass es zu wenig Schattenplatze auf dem Gelände gibt, können wir nicht bestätigen, diese sind ausreichend vorhanden. Nachts kann man die Sterne ohne Fremdlichteinwirkung in absoluter Ruhe betrachten. Kein Straßenlärm, keine Partygeräusche, einfach nichts -sehr schön. Neben den sehr lieben Gastgebern sind uns vor allem auch die auf dem Hof lebenden Katzen sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Die Lage des Agriturismo ist etwas außerhalb des Städtchens Roccastrada, damit sehr zentral und optimal gelegen, um alle schönen Ausflugziele der südlichen Toskana und des nördlichen Umbriens gut zu erreichen. Ein schönes Stückchen Erde, mit sehr netten Menschen und Tieren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub vom allerfeinsten
Die Tage in Roccastrada haben uns so gut getan, es war alles supersauber und der Pool eine Wohltat nach einem heissen Sommertag. Die Vermieterin war bald wie eine Freindin und hat sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt, oder sogar bei einem Restaurant angerufen (das Rosa Blue ist sehr zu empfehlen). Auch beim Problem mit unserem Auto wollte sie uns uneigennützig ihr Auto zur Verfügung stellen. Wir wollten von diesem schönen Ort gar nicht mehr fort... und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Un excellent séjour
Nous cherchions le calme à proximité de la ville de Sienne, mais à distance raisonnable de la mer. Nous avons trouvé un endroit idyllique, plongé en pleine nature. L'appartement est très propre et la piscine impeccable. Aucun bruit mécanique ne vient troubler la quiétude du lieu. Graziella et Leon sont charmants. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle nature environnante pendant quinze jours. Nous avons pu visiter de nombreux sites et à chaque fois, nous étions heureux de retrouver ce havre de paix. Merci à Graziella et Leon pour leur gentillesse.
