"Reasonable rates and easy beach access! This is one of our favorite places to stay and beach to visit. Love bringing our dogs here. I always get the kitchenette room since food options can be limited in rockaway"

"We stayed three nights for a family gathering. We had our little dog with us. The view was great for us as well as our dog as he stood on her hind legs to watch out the window. Our only negative comment is the bed is full sized and soft. We would like a queen or king bed. We would stay here again. We met the owners in the store they run below the apartment; they are very nice people."
