Breakfast was a joke and no coffee early Saturday morning like promised but there was coffee on Sunday morning. Overall I was happy with Loyalty Inn in Rockingham NC

Our room was 86 degrees when we arrived and it took 12 hours to cool down to tolerable. We were checking out when it finally got comfortable. Outdated facility. Would not recommend.

Perfect for our needs
Room was very clean. Just a basic room but it did have microwave and a decent size fridge. Bed was very comfortable. AC kept the room at a cool temperature.

It was pot smell ! Rooms were bad smell in them toilet back up no one to fix them.sink was leaking. When you turned the water on the sink water sprayed my shirt.

There is an overall sense of being unsafe at this hotel. The area is not good. The property is not clean. There were literally people working on their cars in the parking lot. The building is dirty and not well maintained. It really just needs to be torn down and start fresh. The lobby was filthy dirty and not organized at all. Everything about this hotel is just uncomfortable. From the beds to the dirty showers. Do not stay in this nasty hotel. You will regret it. Oh also even though the ad said breakfast included…. There is no breakfast. The staff blamed it on Covid. Come on really??? Covid?? Every place in America has opened back up except this one nasty hotel. What a joke. This place is simply pathetic!

I don’t got no bad comments it’s was clean and comfortable nice and quiet I booked on line and then read the reviews and was kinda Sketchy about what to expect… I’m glad I didn’t judge just by the Reviews I enjoyed my stay and I will be staying there again soon

Sink was cracked then "glued." Along the crack was not clean. Killed several bugs. Room was very dark. No water cups in room.

It's very old but clean. It needs more than just paint to update it. The staff was great- very friendly. The tv was unusable- it wanted you to sign into their WiFi and if you didn't want to be on their unsecured network then you couldn't watch tv. No amenities- not even a plastic cup in the room. The cheapest place in town so I got what I paid for

It was dirty the back of toilet was broke the microwave was missing paint and rusted inside the bed was broke and had 1x4 holding up sticking past bed and daughter almost cut her foot. A coffee pot no coffee and it said continental breakfast not true just not a good experience.

Don't waste time or money
Online mentioned continental breakfast and coffee, there wasn't any, didn't even have coffee in the room, but did have a coffee maker. Toilet was not hooked to the floor and moved when you set on it. Not good for handicap person. Room air conditioner was very loud and there was mold in the bathroom.

Mirrors looked like they were cleaned by New York City squeegee people smeared big time. Toilet lid broken. Burn holes in comforters. My wife refused to get under the covers. No cups or condiments for coffee. Will not be staying there again.

One week stay from hell: never again
I’m sorry to say this, but the roaches were everywhere. The maid service women were very kind and accommodating, but something needs to be done to improve the cleanliness. The towels and sheets had stains, the floors were dirty, and the roaches were everywhere. I believe the tenants next door were living at the hotel, and we were kept up several nights with their screams and fighting. It is gross and probably unsafe overall to stay here. Beware!

The last timw webstayed it was run down falling apart. It was so much better this time. Great place to stay when you dont have a whole lot of money

Staff was professional and helpful. Room was run down and though a non-smoking room there was a burn hole in the bed cover. Furniture missing a piece and had a sharp edge. Bathroom ceiling peeling. The AC is very loud.

I am a traveling contractor sonI dont mind a hotel that is not a 5 star. The rooms were what was to expected for the price but not bad. Clean, no bugs, hot water, working heat and A/C, and working mini fridge. Overall I was satisfied with my experiance and the closeness of the hotel to my work site and local grocery.

I went to the establishment and there were no handicap accessible entrance to the office so clerk sat there for a good 10 minutes before acknowledging me be was looking at me the whole time. After the clerk finally came to the door. I asked how am I supposed to check into the hotel with no handicap accessible entrance. After that the clerk was very helpful and the stay was fine .
