This b&b has both good and bad points. I'll do the bad first. Id advise anyone who books to stipulate they want to be in the actual hotel/ guest house, not in the next street which I could only describe as graffiti alley with lots of non desireables lurking around. On the good points the rooms are very clean and the persons who brought breakfast and cleaned very friendly and helpful. It is also centrally located with termini a 5min walk away. Restaurants in immediate vicinity excellent and very well priced.

Small but comfortable
I enjoyed my stay at City Life Rome. My room was always clean, had my breakfast taken to me every morning, and the staff was very friendly. The room itself was organized, decorative, and clean. The location was very secured because it is located inside a residential area so I was given a key to lock up and it made me feel as if my belongings and myself were safe. The location was also very close to the train station in case I wanted to wander the city.

Great Location and Hosts
Mila and her husband were excellent hosts. We could not fault them. They were polite, courteous and helpful. The B+B was in an excellent location just a few minutes away from the termini and a short walk from Via Nationale. It was clean, regularly serviced and in a quiet location with plenty of places to eat close by. There were three of us so the third bed in the room was a fold out bed which left the room somewhat cramped although the the fold out bed was comfortable. The wifi was always working we had no issues. Overall our stay was very pleasant. The pictures on the website are professionally done and make the rooms look a lot more modern and spacious than they are. For the money we paid it was a great place to stay. No real complaints. We would stay here again.

I always love to rate hotels and evthough I travel a lot all over the world this is by far the worst hotel I have sateyd at, the pictures dont even match the reality and they charge you 20 euros extra if you arrive after 10pm even if you notice them beforehand. This means more than 16% of the nightly cost, and there are plenty of better hotels that cost at least 35 euros less than this one wich is barely a 3 room appartment. I am trying to be very objective on this review and not letting my emotions empower me. I was even tempted to move to another hotel that same night at 1am not minding to have to pay again.

A lovely B & B in Rome. Reasonably priced and breakfast every morning in my room. Walking distance to the Spanish Steps, shopping and great restaurants. Great tips my the staff as well.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement super accueil personnes adorables et serviables aidantes. C est d une propreté excellente. Rien à redire. Situation à 850 m de la gare centrale et station de métro A et B. Je retournerai la bas sans soucis . Merci encore à city life et leur souhaite une bonne continuation.

Really nice
The hotel was at first a bit hard to find, but the staff helped us. The location is really good, both with atractions in walking distance, but also only a short walk from Roma Termini and Metro stations. The breakfast was nice and could be changed up every day. The staff was really friendly and kind. Room was cleaned everyday.

밀라, 그녀는 정말 최고의 주인이였습니다ㅋ 이탈리아인들의 시크함만 대하다가, 밀라가 준 따뜻한 환영은 정말 대박이였어요. 저희가 묵은 방은 리모델링하고 있던 방이여서 몇가지 필수품들은 없었지만, 밀라가 모든걸 해결해주었습니다. 매일 놓여있는 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 파이와 특히 라바짜 커피ㅠㅠ 숙소 안에 라바짜 머신이 있는데, 캡슐 한번 타서 드셔보시길. 라바짜 병 걸릴것 같아요ㅋ 집앞에 있는 리퍼블릭 광장 밤에 꼭 가보셔요. 야경이 끝내줍니다. 버스타고 다른 광장 야경보고도 왔는데, 다 필요없고. 그냥 집앞에 있는 리퍼블릭 광장 야경이 최곱니다~ 다시 묵는다면, 꼭 여기로 다시 갈꺼에요~

Estancia excelente
La estancia estuvo excelente, el lugar está muy cercano a la estación de Tren Termini (unos 5-10 minutos andando), además de que desde aquí se podía ir a las principales atracciones de la ciudad caminando. El lugar es tranquilo, a excepción de un mercado sobre ruedas que se pone en la calle del frente, pero hay varias tiendas alrededor donde comprar a buen precio.

Det rett og slett skuffende og alt var basert på Frustrasjons og usikkerhet. Falsk forklaringer i forholdt til det så kaldt hotell romme.. Alt var motsatte av det informasjonen som vi har fått på forhånd....... usanne info, som ikke eksistert i virkeligheten!!!!!!!!

밤외출은 무서운동네, 객실은 깨끗.
기차역에서 걸어서 10분정도. 숙소위치등 체크인사무실과 머무르는호텔이 떨어져있어 이용시 매우 불편함, 또한 열쇠로 문을열고닫기가 엄청 힘듦. 공동주방에서 조식등 식사 무료로 제공되며 무료와이파이 속도는 최상.

El hotel está muy bien para lo que cuesta. La habitación era pequeña pero suficiente para una persona, con una cama de matrimonio grande. El desayuno muy bueno para mi gusto. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de Termini y bien comunicada por autobuses con toda la ciudad. Lo único malo la ducha, poca presión y fría. Recomiendo el restaurante de justo abajo para cenar y también el menú de mediodía, Barbablu. En general volvería a repetir.

Un très bon accueil par contre nous n'avons pas séjourné à city life rome mais dans un hôtel voisin. Pourquoi ? Nous ne savons pas. C'était la Donna Clementina. Une réceptionniste aussi sympathique que serviable donc on a peut être gagné au change ! Le petit déjeuner servi en toute intimité dans la chambre, un vrai plus. Gare, arrêts des navettes pour l'aéroport et station de métro à 5 minutes donc très bien situé même si le quartier est assez bof. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour.

4-Zimmer-Wohnung in Rom wird als Hotel verkauft
Das Hotel "City Life of Rome" wurde toll dargestellt, entpuppte sich jedoch als umgebaute 4-Zimmer-Wohnung im 1. Stock eines Wohnhauses. Es gab 4 Hotelzimmer, die sehr klein waren (man stürzte sozusagen aus dem Gang gleich ins relativ kleine Doppelbett, ca. 1,60 x 1,90 m groß). Das Bad war dagegen fast schon groß, jedoch auch von der Ausstattung eher 60iger Jahre. Das Frühstück (zwischen 8.00 und 10.00 Uhr zu bekommen) bekam man auf einem ausklappbaren Tisch auf einem Tablett serviert und setzte sich auf den Bettrand - mehr Platz war da nicht. Blick aus Zimmer und Bad auf einen ziemlich unattraktiven Hinterhof, in dem abends lange gearbeitet wurde und am Sonntagmorgen um 7.30 Uhr damit begonnen wurde, die Dachrinnen zu erneuern.

Vlak bij station en centrum.
Zeer tevreden over de kamer. Het gebouw zelf is wat gedateerd maar eenmaal op de kamer wordt iedereen tevreden. Er is zelfs een compleet ingerichte keuken aanwezig met koelkast, vriezer, gasfornuis en er Lavazza espressoautomaat (Top).

Abbiamo soggiornato nel b&b Smart holidays (stessa proprietà) perché City Life era al completo. La zona e' molto carina(S.Giovanni), il B&B e' curatissimo e pulito, confortevole e ben collegato. I proprietari sono una coppia giovane, simpatica e disponibile. Decisamente consigliato!

très bon séjour à City life
Partie en couple pour 4 jours de découverte de Rome. City life hotel est en réalité un ensemble de B&B. Il est situé à à peine 5 minutes à pied de Termini. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire par contre il faut parler un minimum anglais pour s' en sortir. Elle nous a donné des conseils pour les visites, pour repartir à l'aéroport. .. Les chambres sont très propres.

Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, proprietario molto gentile siamo però rimasti delusi dalla pulizia della camera (in 3 notti non ci hanno mai cambiato la biancheria e, alla nostra richiesta di asciugamani puliti, la colf ci ha detto che non era possibile perché erano in un'altra stanza occupata dagli ospiti; odore di fogna nel bagno; tazzine della prima colazione sporche) e dalla colazione che era servita direttamente in camera, quindi con poca scelta.

Grazioso e moderno, a due passi da Termini
Ho soggiornato al City Life in Rome due notti con mio marito e con una coppia di amici! A noi e' stata data la camera Barcelona, ai nostri amici London (anche se io desideravo Paris, tutta lilla e super moderna). Che dire, non posso che parlar bene dei proprietari, cortesi e disponibili, ci hanno accolto subito dandoci indicazioni su cosa visitare e quali mezzi prendere, inoltre il giorno della partenza ci hanno tenuto le valigie e ci hanno dato le chiavi per poterle ritirare comodamente la sera! Tornerò volentieri al City life e chiederò la Paris , che mi è' rimasta nel cuore!!! Come Roma d'altronde!

Situation idéale
J'ai adoré mon séjour au City Life Rome. La proximité du Termini rend tous les déplacements très facile. Mila qui m'a reçu à été particulièrement aidante quant aux attraits de la ville ainsi que les trajets vers les points d'intérêts. Le déjeuner copieux à été le meilleur qu'on m'a servit dans un hôtel pendant tout mon séjour en Italie. La chambre était très propre et calme malgré la proximité des autres invités. Le seul point négatif est l'intimité, il semble que les employés puissent entrer dans la chambre quand bon leur semble, soyez en avisé. Mis à part cet aspect je recommande City Life Rome à tous ceux qui sont sur un petit budget.
