Walk to The Vatican
It was a pleasant stay. My biggest issue was parking. When searching for a room, I chose "free parking" as a search parameter. When we arrived there was only very little street parking available or a 20euro per day parking garage nearby. The breakfast was nice, and the building was secure. The bathroom needed some work. The shower had a bit of mildew around the bottom edge, the shower assembly fell down twice, and the toilet paper holder was loose. Linens and beds were comfy, and we spent most of our time outside enjoying Rome, so the little things wrong didn't matter so much. Grazie!

Hosts were very nice but my room looked nothing like the pictures described. This place was more like an apartment not a hotel. Finding a parking space is really tough but a parking garage nearby for 25 euros a night was available.

This property was amazing. It was perfectly located and the entire staff/ owner were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Would recommend it to all my family and friends and definitely stay here on our next trip to Rome.

Cute place but small, close to St.Peter’s Basilica
Apartment was very close to the Vatican which was exactly what we wanted and had some good restaurants around to eat. However...we felt the place was a bit small for 4 people with only room for beds and felt very crowed with the luggage and all, may be good for only sleeping a couple of days. The host also arranged transportation from and to the airport which was convenient.

Holiday a San Pietro was fantastic for me and my family! It is cozy, but it is always clean, with great service, super fast WiFi, and great breakfast. We will definitely return in the future!

Great location to see the sights. Our room was downstairs from the other rooms. Basic but had a fridge and kettle and was cleaned every day. A breakfast of cereals and pastries with tea and coffee was provided upstairs every morning. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

hotel a san pietro
clean, comfortable, breakfast very sweet, bread not fresh and the fizzy orange left over days and was flat by the end of our stay. Knives, forks and spoons placed on the table by the fingers from the incorrect end of the cutlery and so not very good in so far as hygiene is concerned. Sachets of bubble bath but there was no bath and no shampoo and conditioner would have been a better choice. Gave me a bill for the whole amount even though I paid in advance which going through a company such as expedia should have been a given awareness. There phone was always engaged and asked for a bit of help to phone the shuttle bus as I couldn't get through. Arrived up to receive this small assistance and within 3 minutes he was gone never to return. The cleaner woman did a fine job but on one occasion left my room door unlocked, not very happy with that as you can imagine.

Vatican visit
We stayed for one night at this B&B, our cab driver knew exactly how to find this little place, it is an apartment building tucked away and very close to the Vatican.Breakfast was a voucher for coffee and a pastry.

Great stay in Rome for two families in two rooms
My brother and his family and my son and I had two rooms. The rooms were very clean the owner was very friendly and called the day before to coordinate our arrival and welcome us. The hotel was an easy walk to Basilica. Parking was half a block from the hotel and it was inexpensive and secure. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The only minor issue was that the A/C was not extremely cold. I was comfortable sleeping, but the A/C was not very strong. The weekend we were there, the heat was exceptionally bad, but it cooled down enough to be comfortable.

Great place.
Great place to stay. The service was great and very helpful. The room was clean with a comfy bed and nicely updated. The breakfast was great each morning as well. The only reason for my 4/5 rather than 5/5 stars is that the room we chose was quiet small and hotel was a challenge to find. It could get loud off the streets but that didn't bother me too much and I enjoyed hearing The Vactican bells each morning. The neighborhood was quiet and not so full of tourists for the most part which we liked, yet there were still food places and shops open late if we wanted to go out close. Rome is very spread out as a city but this was a good location for us because we like to walk and it was close to The Vatican but we were still able to walk across town to all the major landmarks as well (it was a trek but we managed). All and all very pleased.

Small room but air-conditioning is sufficient which you need in the summer. Small bathroom and towels are very thin. It is advertised as bed & breakfast but what we got is a coupon for breakfast at a deli a few blocks away. Breakfast consist of either a cup of coffee or a croissant so the breakfast part is disappointing. On the last day of our stay my husband went up to the 3rd floor to settle the bill, he said there were a few people having breakfast of cereals and pastries by the "office" so I certainly wondered why we got the breakfast coupons at a very unfriendly place to get croissant or coffee. We didn't go back for breakfast after the first day. Taxi had a very hard time finding the address and taxi driver had to call Manuela (the proprietor) for directions and she came out of the building. Proprietors are helpful.

Not a bed and breakfast.
I feel this bed and breakfast has misreprested itself. It is a small apartment that has been converted in to 4 very small rooms. There is no full time staff, or lobby, or anything like that. The owner/manager lives nearby and will come over if you need him. The breakfast is a voucher for a single croissant and a cup of coffee at a cafe about a block away. The bathroom smelled like urine.

Fabulous location mosr helpful
Brilliant location for St Peter's and Vatican and most helpful staff and very comfortable triple rooms. Manuela will contact u a few days before you arrive and make any travel arrangements and she also booked last minute tours. Can't recommend enough, told all friends and family about this lovely find. Travellers were my husband and 83 year old mum from London and her sister with her son from Ireland, everyone met within minutes and weekend went so smoothly with Manuela and everyones assistance

Near the Vatican!!
Be advised that this is not a hotel. It is a bed and breakfast. I wasn't aware of this when I booked, but I loved it. The bed and breakfast is located within an apartment complex that is secured and has access to an elevator. The staff was VERY friendly. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and so we weren't inconvenienced they upgraded our room. They offer wifi and also have an desktop should you desire. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave and fridge as well. It is conveniently located near a laundromat and several restaurants and shops. The stay also includes a free breakfast at a restaurant down the block. I would definitely recommend this place to someone!

Perfect location for centre of the city
Jonatan was the perfect host, there to meet you upon arrival, they even rang me the day before to see what time we expected to arrive as a well travelled person this was a first for me and greatly appreciated. Breakfast is cosy and personal to your own requests. We where even allowed to keep our room until 3.0pm on the day of departure even though I am sure in the busy season it may not be possible.

A Nice Respite
It was a very pleasant stay. I only wish I could have had more time. Manuela and Jonathan were very helpful with pre-arrangements and useful information aduring my stay. I really appreciate the arrangements to the airport early in the morning. A lifesaver. I would recommend Holiday to any more staying in Roma.

Nice hotel very close to San Pietro
This Hotel is located in an apartment buiding. There is no any sign, very difficult to find. The Owner is very nice and helpful. Room is clean. Breakfast is good. Close to Public transportation.

Nice little Guest House
This is not a proper hotel but rather a small guest house. Caretaker lady was very helpful and guided us very well. This place is stone throw away from Vatican so location is very convenient. However we found room was too small for a family(1 double and 1 single bed for family of 4). Breakfast was negligible (1 croissant & 1 hot drink in near by cafe). Only tea(not coffee as I was told) making facility on premises. After this place we stayed in big hotel chain and for lot cheaper price in other cities of Italy. If location is the priority then I would recommend it but rest of the stuff is pretty basic.

Nice friendly hotel, the owners very helpful.
A good base for exploring the city. Basic, clean and comfortable with a good breakfast to start the day. Jonathon and Manuela did all they could make us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. We would go back.

Difficult to find the place as this "Hotel" is only few rooms in a Flat, and no display of the name anywhere. My taxi driver was kind enough to search for the place going here and there and finally to locate it. I booked two double rooms and the shower in one of the room was broken. I have reported the matter the next day morning and even though they agreed to repair, they didn't do anything. Finally people from that room had to use our shower the next day. Even though they say you can make tea/coffee in the room you can have only black tea, as coffee powder or milk is not provided. Breakfast is silly. Over all rooms are clean, but don't expect anything else.

Checked in at this very nice bed and breakfast frm sept 29-oct 2, 2014. Jonathan is the best. He is very pleasant, accomodating and made us feel welcome. Place is clean. The basilica was very close to us. Maybe about 10minutes away. Variety selection for breakfast.I would stay here again when I go back to rome. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends, family, coworkers in NY.

It was a bit far from the Romani Termini train station and the center of the city, but it was within walking distance of the Vatican City. Clean room and hosts were accommodating and kind.

Fantastic Location and Clean
This was a great find! Close to Vatican City and the train. Exceptional personal service. Clean and sufficient. Room had a hair dryer, Wifi, refrigerator and came with a coupon for a nice breakfast. Highly recommend. We stayed with two teenagers and the accommodation were more than adequate. I would highly recommend it for the location and price.

We arrived a bit early but our host was waiting for us and gave us all the information we required for a long weekend of sightseeing, even arranging tour bus tickets for us Manuela couldn't have been more helpful. Room was clean and what we expected from what we had read ahead of booking. All in all good value for money and conveniently located for the Vatican. We recommend you pay a visit to one of the main piazza's in the evenings where you will find street artists and entertainers with music etc. It all adds to the beauty of Rome.
