The hotel is in a very convenient location near Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to the Metro so it was only about four stops from the Vatican stop. Staff was pleasant and accommodations worked out fine.

This place has the best location in Rome for both sightseeing and shopping. Just btwn Spain steps and Trevi fountain, you can also go to Colosseum and Vatican with a few stops with metro. The only concern was and property hasn’t been remodeled as the price went up.

Great location, clean rooms, free breakfast! Don’t expect the amenities of most hotels in North America, like a spa or gym, but this hotel has what you need if you’re travelling to Rome.

Perfect location for travelers. Just between Trevi fountain & Spanish steps, you can enjoy many things by walk. Room was clean and well prepared.(very classy)

Re-consider before ordering.
We received a triple room instead of a suite for 4. After complaining at the reception, we were told that all rooms are the same size, and that's the best they can do. With no other option, and as offered by the hotel, we booked another room for extra money, only to find out that now we got a huge room for 4, in addition to the room we got already. Of course - both rooms were payed for and no refund option. As a compensation - we got our breakfast free of charge, but still this cost us a lot more money... Only after contacting Hotels.com - we were refunded some of the amount back. Breakfast was OK. Cleanness in reasonable. Location is great. The hotel shares a building with our hotels and tenants. Take into consideration there are about 15 steps to get up to the reception desk. Some of the rooms are located on the same floor and some on a different floor. There is a small, old, scary elevator in the building.

Excellent location - easy to walk everywhere. The room was a nice size as was the bathroom - (not very common for Rome). The view from the window was gorgeous too.

This was the perfect location!! It was in walking distance of all the famous sites!! We felt safe as there were 3 doors with 3 different keys upon entry to our room. The staff was extremely professional and friendly!! Couldn’t really ask for more 👍

The Rome King Suite was amazing. We stayed for 4 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment. Location was amazing, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would recommend Netflix, all TV channels were in Italian. Otherwise 5 stars !

On Expedia, this property is rated as a 5 star hotel. It is most definitely not a 5 star hotel. I travel in Europe very frequently and I would rate this more as a 2 star place. The reason is because it’s not really a hotel but more of a guest house or hostel. The front of the building does not indicate it’s a hotel and there is no lobby or common area to sit and relax. The rooms are ok. I was very fortunate to be upgraded to the apartment down the road but my travel companions were in a room in the main building so I saw both. The facilities are not in any way luxurious or renovated. It is fine if you know that you will be in a no frills setting, but the ad on Expedia and 5 star rating really misrepresents this place. If you are expecting 2 stars and no frills it’s fine. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location can’t be beat but this is not a hotel experience or anything like that.

This is a clean and spacious room. Very rare for Europe that the room has so much space. Toiletry items are cheap, so bring your own. Bathroom updated. AirCon works great. The hotel is close to Trevi and Spanish Steps. We also walked to Colosseum area. Metro lines close

Don't stay here.!!!! The place is a dump they put us in the annex around the corner. It wasn't a hotel. More like a flop house. Everything was old and crapy..

location was fantastic. It was walking distance to many main attractions like Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We even walked from Colliseum to Pantheon to hotel. Grocery store across the street. Shopping in area. Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, front desk helpful. Unfortunately our air conditioner wasn’t working so we had to open window. Luckily it wasn’t too hot outside yet. It gets loud with windows opened (road and people). Bring ear plugs. Elevator for heavy luggage. The only downside is that the metro station nearby has been closed for maintenance for some time, not the hotels fault. This affected our accessibility and we had to walk more. NOTE: Metro Stations (Barberini, Republica, and Spagna) are all under maintenance for some time. There is a shuttle bus that takes transit users from Termini to Flaminio statio. (Nearest metro that is opened). The shuttle bus is called NAVETTA.

Room smaller than you can Imagine
Room was very small!! I was initially disappointed when, after checking in, the bellman asked us to follow him 4-5 blocks to a different hotel (Trevi Luxury Suites, I think) where our room was. Once we realized where we were, one block from Trevi Fountain, the location turned out to be fantastic!! Easy to walk to and from other tourist attractions. The room was very, very small!! Staff was super friendly and helpful! TV not good.
