We are sorry that your experience was not 100%. We don't even see that you stayed with us. There was a reservation which came however it was overbooked by expedia/3rd party website you used. So we cancelled it without any penalty. Not sure what else we could had done. Regards GM

The property is a motel; I had thought I was booking a hotel. The reason I booked this establishment was because I was wanting a restful, peaceful night, but that didn’t happen as the road next to the business is as busy as the freeway all night. One thing, I absolutely must complain about is the lack of security once in the room: they had removed the door latch from the top of the door, and the only “security” system was the deadbolt that my 3 year old found interesting enough to play with…we slept with a chair in front of the door incase she had wanted to “play” with it while we were sleeping. The mattresses were soft…too soft. They kept the Wi-Fi password “under lock and key” which you had to call the front desk for… we opted to use data. Nothing against this business, but we expected more for the price we paid and we won’t be back.

Avoid at all costs
Most disgusting room. Furniture wasn’t fit for Goodwill. Will be demanding a refund. $200 for this room was an obscenity.

bathroom broken
Room was nice and comfortable but the toilet had a major leak and we had to turn it off when not in use. Could have warned us or not used that room until it was fixed.

The pictures are deceiving. There is no breakfast and the covered bridge is 45 miles away. The rooms were older but clean. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly. Very affordable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great customer service
We made a last minute reservation while on the road We checked in about 3AM just to get a few hours sleep and shower before continuing our trip. Impressed with the easy ck in, cleanliness and pet policy. Only downside is if you’re towing or have non standard size vehicle you have to park off site. Luckily the restaurant next door had space for us. The gentleman that checked us in let us know before we started our cl in process. Great customer service….especially since I’m sure we woke him up and he had the observation skills to let us know!

Older motel, have done a good job bring it to a more modern look. Parking is a bit tedious for motorcycles. But was priced right, and comfortable.

Sheets and pillow cases were stained, asked for fresh and they came while we were out and threw the clean ones ine the table. Microwave, fridge and coffee pot were all filthy. TV screen has a black line halfway down the center of the screen. Hotel backs up to a hill that in coming down and caution tape up. We would have happily ate the cost of the one night to stay somewhere else for the night but couldn't find any available rooms near by. I was also told they put a hold on my credit card until room was inspected by cleaning lady after we check out in case there was any damage. I took pictures if everything. They better not charge me.

The staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable, although it is an old motel and somewhat data. Carpets could have used a good shampoo, or possibly need replacing, but it was reasonable, basic accommodation.

I booked two rooms and we were put on different floors. Our guest's room had old dried up soap and hair in the shower. His faucet came off the wall while he was showering. Our coffee pot still had coffee in it. Mismatched paint on the walls, bent door jams. They did not at least take our garbage out or freshen the room between nights, said they don't do that. Just very disappointed for a Howard Johnson property. Would never recommend this property to anyone and will never stay there again.

I am sorry to hear your stay wasn't Pleasant. When your friend lock himself out of his room by karate chopping the security latch and I had to stick my arm in there and unscrew the screws to get it open no one mention anything to me about the other issues. No one asked for any stayover service or we would of provided it. I hope on your next adventure you will communicate better to Front desk about any issues you have.

Our room key stopped working before checkout time. No one answered at the front desk. We had to call the number posted on the door of the office. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable. I liked that we were offered snacks upon arrival.

An affordable hidden gem
The bed was AMAZING, like sleeping on a perfect cloud. The jacuzzi tub was by far the best designed one ive ever expierenced for my back. It was absolutely perfect. The retro style was adorable as well. I cant believe how affordable it was for how comfortable it was! Also the dlfront desk man was extremely friendly and helpful!
