Welcome to the Salty Dog! This home is conveniently located in the Gated Concan Country Club home of the Frio Valley golf coarse. The house boasts an open kitchen and dining area as well as 3 bedrooms in the main house with the other rooms located just steps away allowing for that much needed privacy. The outside of this home offers a large covered patio with more than enough room for the whole gang to relax! While relaxing out back you can utilize the large charcoal grill / smoker to feed the troops while y'all enjoy cooling off in the pool or hanging out in the hot tub. Outback you will also find an additional fridge to keep those drinks ICE cold an outdoor T.V to watch those games and fireplace for those cool evenings. No matter what you are looking for this place has you covered!!

Ladies weekend
We rented this house during the winter for 12 ladies, our annual getaway. We loved having our own beds and bathrooms, and thankful they provided sheets and towels. Kelly was very helpful and brought us firewood and helped us with the hot tub when needed. Thank you!!

An amazing getaway with so much to offer
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our host Kelly provided exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The property itself is truly amazing - it's huge and the pictures don't do justice to its size. The interior is beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and there is plenty of space for cooking. We were pleasantly surprised to find all the utensils we needed for preparing our Thanksgiving dinner. The outdoor area exceeded our expectations as well. There is a spacious covered area where you can relax, along with a generous space for watching TV, playing music, or enjoying a cozy fire. The pool area and hot tub were just as impressive as the rest of the property. We particularly appreciated the fact that the property is located in a gated area, which added an extra layer of security. Lastly, we also had the opportunity to play golf on the property's well-maintained course. It's a really nice course and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. In summary, our experience at this property was outstanding. Kelly's hospitality, the stunning size and design of the property, the ample outdoor space, and the quality of the golf course all contributed to an unforgettable stay. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back.

Outstanding Getaway!
From the communication with the property manager to the arrival with fresh cinnamon rolls, cleanliness, well-stocked home, this place absolutely nails it! The kids loved playing in the hot tub, pool and personal commercial-style playground. The outdoor seating was very comfortable for our large group and we never felt overcrowded. Everything about this place was well thought of. From a medicine kit, extra coffee maker for large groups, all the utensils you could think of, extra towels for swimming were included. Our entire group was impressed with the layout and the room of this home..We will be back. Thanks for making this a wonderful experience!
