Checking is was super easy. Being right off the highway made it very easy to get to. And easy access to hwy 5 will make it easy to get to the airport as well.

This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. We checked in on a friday night just for a 1 night convenient stay off i5 on our way back home passing through sacramento. The area was overall super seedy. There were homeless tents super close to the property and sketchy people all over the parking lot and coming in and out of the building. We didn’t get a wink of sleep all night because of the paper thin walls, people were coming in and out of the building ALL NIGHT, slamming doors down our hall, talking and yelling down the halls, and cars pulling in and idling in the parking lot bumping LOUD music that we could hear outside our window. It seems like the kind of hotel for drug dealers and hookers only because those were the only people we saw around. The inside of our rooms were dirty and looked beat up on the walls, ceilings, furniture, microwave, the toilet looked like it had cigarette burns on it. The whole hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes inside everywhere. Our door looked like it had been pryed or kicked open at some point. BE WARNED, if you are a normal person or family passing through, DO NOT STAY HERE OR ANY OF THE HOTELS/MOTELS NEAR HERE!!

Quite pleased that it is an updated facility. Overall, it's clean quiet and safe. It is a non-smoking facility but the whole we stayed, marijuana smell lingered strongly in the hallway.

Had no tv in my room, they moved me to a room with tv with no remote said they had no more rooms available and maintenance wouldn’t be there until morning. So I had my granddaughter with no tv for our entertainment and was told couldn’t refund any of my money for the inconvenience.

The housekeeping talking to her friend who crossed the hallway and her voice was so loud that made me wake up. Also, she was so happy with her radio talking to the other team and laughing. They didn't change my bedsheets and the reason was my laptop on the bed. It was bad experience

Good: The room was clean and comfortable. The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Location from I-5 was great, just off the freeway and right by gas and food making it perfect for what we needed, a place to break up our long drive. The price was right. Could be better: The hallways and stairways were shabby. The person at the desk during breakfast wasn't very responsive. There seemed to be some sketchy characters around the neighborhood.

Second time visiting and both experiences and locations was not pleasing. First occasion my room didn't have a microwave even though i was told its included in my selection. Clerk in Oregon was extremely unprofessional. In Sacramento, my room had a fowl smell to qhich u couldn't even get an air freshner. On the second day the electricity wentvin that room for over half an hour. I was given a different room however, i had to be dragging my luggages back and forth. I told the clerk my back was really hurting and i was just released from the hospital, she kept offering to change my room because of the awful smoke that was in it. I refuse and decided to use my body spray to hold down the smell. It didn't help as i kept sneezing. Both rooms given was beside the ice machine so one can just imagine the noise all the time. If you're allergic to smoking, DO NOT GO THERE, separate and apart, the rooms smell funky and moldy

Pet friendly was appreciated. Bed was not comfortable. I had to call the office to complain about loud people and slamming doors at 1am. Very annoying. Probably would not stay at this location again, seemed to be in a bad part of town.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is also loud. We had a hard time sleeping because we could hear everything happening in the room above us. The breakfast was also disappointing. The only hot item was waffle, and for someone who can't have sugar, there were no options.

I liked everything about the property. Very nice and clean. The parking lot was lit up like daylight! No worries about the car, and felt totally comfortable making trips at night back and forth from car to hotel.

Basic hotel, rooms were clean, neighboring area was a little loud and slightly run down with homeless in the area. The parking area is well lit however and the building is secure so no fears of strangers roaming the halls. Basic cable TV. Overall not a bad rate for a last minute overnight stay for the marathon, couple min from downtown area driving.
