Agréable séjour
Un séjour de 15 jours en décembre 2023 Vue imprenable de la location Villa agréable , au calme. Propriétaire répond très vite et très gentille. Mezzanine cependant extrêmement chaude en cette période donc peu exploitable malgré la climatisation. Manque un peu de linge de maison (serviettes et torchons) pour un séjour de 15 jours et lits de la mezzanine non faits à notre arrivée alors que nous étions 10 mais c'est un détail. Merci Véronique pour ce chouette séjour ! Les repas livrés étaient aussi très bons 😋

Un grand merci !
Nous sommes restés entre amis une semaine à la Villa Cap Austral, l’accueil a été fait par Soleiman qui a été super et surtout très disponible pendant toute la durée de notre séjour ! La villa a une vue magnifique et nous avons même pu observer les baleines depuis la terrasse. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil, à une autre fois peut être !

Dommage les deux chambres du fond sentent l humidité..le linge sent mauvais..il ne sèche pas..je ne savais que l électricité et compté en plus et 85 euros pour des serviettes qui pu cela fait un peu chère..dommage..un prix excessive...par contre l endroit magnifique..

Tout était parfait! Soleiman est adorable et aux petits soins. Véronique (la propriétaire) est très rapide dans ses réponses et efficace. La maison est sublime avec un piscine jacuzzi et des coucher de soleil en direct de la terasse superbe. La maison est au calme de toute l'agitation que l'on peut retrouver sur saint gilles... et je trouve idéalement placé car proche des lagons, du volcan, de saint pierre... Possibilité de garer 2voitures en intérieur On y reviendra avec grand plaisir

Vue Exceptionelle
La maison est très bien située (dans un nouveau quartier, à 10mn de St Pierre) et conforme aux photos. Elle est agréable à vivre même si l'exterieur (jardin et terasse) n'est pas immense. La vue est tout smplement SUPERBE et fait oublier les petits points négatifs ( literie trop souple pour nous et oreillers trop fermes) Dominique nous a très bien reçu et a été très réactive lorsque nous avons eu besoin d'information. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle villa mais pas luxueuse.
