Amazing property ! It is in the jungle only downside is not near anything . On the listing it said there was a bar and restaurant on site which there wasn’t which was disappointing but overall would for sure stay here again

The property is beautiful but our room had dirty glasses and extra dirty towels under the sink that were probably forgotten. It was very noisy in the middle of the night with all the opening and closing of these massive doors that because of the size create an eco. So bring your sound machine or use your phone to cover the noise. The King size bed is really short, basically a square shape so my husband’s feet/legs were hanging out the mattress. The room is beautiful though and there’s everything you need to be comfortable. You will need to buy water and snacks, including coffee and filters before you get there because there’s literally nothing around the property for blocks. The receptionists barely spoke English, so communication is hard unless you speak Spanish.

The room wasn't clean. Hair everywhere and house keeping does not come every day, unless you pay for it. At night, expect a lot of loud music until 4 AM. Reception also does not speak English at all.

Gorgeous but be prepared for a few things
Fantastic value and beautiful room / hotel. Truly outstanding for appearance, cleanliness, comfort, style, and luxury, but know a few things before you go: -This is actually rented out by a "host" and you can't pay directly through platforms like Hotels.com. They asked me to pay with Stripe before my stay, but I was able to do so upon arrival -This is in the newly developed areas and the roads are bad, plus there is not much in walking distance.

bang for buck best property . the stay is amazinggggg. i couldnt have stayed at a better place. only thing id say having a car or scooter is a must. you cannot stay here without some sort of transportation.

The property is in an up incoming location which makes transportation difficult but the property can arrange taxi service. The apartment is great. The only think I found odd was the water was salty. The PM keeps in contact with you throughout the stay.

Es un lugar súper hermoso para quedar, es muy cómodo, ya que viene con refrigerador y estufa. Pudimos cocinar y salir a comer también. Es necesario rentar moto o carro ya que si queda un poco retirado las tiendas y restaurantes pero el mismo hotel te recomienda unos. Muy acogedor
un hotel nuevo muy bonito ! se encuentra en Tulum las habitaciones nuevas , muy comodas , tienen una hermosa piscina, no tienen restaurante o algo por el estilo asi que lleven su propia comida !
