Wonderful apartment
Apartment is spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. Roselyne is an excellent host and clearly cares about her guests. You are a 2 minute walk from a gorgeous beach as well as the bus stop to take you into town. Bed is a bit short, just a heads up for my fellow tall people. Would definitely stay again.

Satisfaits de notre séjour! Appartement confortable et conforme à la description. La vue est vraiment superbe! La résidence est jolie et bien sécurisée. Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines en août 23 chez Roselyne. Avant notre arrivé, notre hôte, Roselyne est entrée en contact avec nous afin de nous communiquer toutes les informations nécessaire ( codes accès…) Elle est disponible et adorable. L’appartement se trouve en haut d’une colline à 300m d’une très belle plage. L’appartement est plus que conforme à l’annonce. Le balcon peut largement accueillir 4 personnes à table. Vue mer superbe du balcon, de la cuisine et du séjour. La petite résidence est très calme et très bien entretenue. Le parking, boxe, est un vrai plus.

Die Ausstattung und angenehm ruhige Lage der sehr sauberen Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Küchenausstattung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und ein ideal gelegener Balkon mit Früh- und Abendsonne, inklusive herrlichem Blick aufs Meer, machen dieses Appartement zur Wohlfühloase. Der nahegelegene Strand ist fußläufig in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen, Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme waren vorhanden (was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist) – super. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs war hervorragend. Ein herzliches Dankeschön für das Wasser und den Wein im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung. Wir haben diesen Urlaub jedenfalls sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Kitchen equipment, tasteful furnishings and an ideally located balcony with morning and evening sun, including a wonderful view of the sea, make this apartment an oasis of well-being. The nearby beach can be reached on foot in no time, beach chairs and umbrellas were available (which is not always a matter of course) - great. The communication with the landlady before and during the holiday was excellent. A big thank you for the welcome water and wine in the fridge.In any case, we enjoyed this holiday very much and can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung am Rande von Saint Maxime mit wundervollem Ausblick. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer ist sehr nett ! Alles hat ganz wunderbar geklappt. Die gut und liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich in Strandnähe und vom Balkon hat man eine fabelhafte Aussicht aufs azurblaue Meer. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr einfach mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen, und führt fast direkt zum Wohnungseingang. Für große SUV‘s ist sie allerdings zu klein, was aber kein Problem darstellt da immer genügend öffentliche Parkplätze verfügbar sind.

L'appartement est idéalement situé à 300 m de la plage et à 2,5 km du centre de Ste Maxime. Il est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le parking prive est un plus. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung / Beautiful appartment
Es ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist für Familien ideal. Zwar ist das Stadtzentrum nur mit dem Auto oder mit dem Bus erreichbar, dafür ist der schönste Strand der Region 300m entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Besonders hat uns die gut ausgestattete Küche gefallen. Generell ist die Ferienwohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in kleinster Weise abgewohnt. In der Abstellkammer befinden sich ein Gefrierfach, eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäscheständer. Eine Waschmaschine direkt in der Wohnung zu haben ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern unbezahlbar. Die Klimaanlage war angenehm leise und sorgte für angenehme Temperaturen. Der Blick vom Balkon/Terrasse ist herrlich und die Ausrichtung ist ideal. Dank der Trennwand zur Nachbarwohnung hat man immer einen Schattenplatz. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Tiefgarage. Besonders in den heißen Sommermonaten hat man immer ein kühles Auto. Auch die Vermieterin ist super nett und stets zu erreichen. In Englisch ist ihr eine einwandfreie Kommunikation möglich. It is a beautiful holiday appartment. The location is ideal for families. Although the city centre can only be reached by car or bus, the most beautiful beach in the region is 300m away. The equipment of the flat is very good. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen. In general, the flat is very tastefully equipped and in no way rundown. In the storage room there is a freezer, a washing machine and a clothes hanger. Having a washing machine directly in the flat is really good for families with small children. The air conditioning was pleasantly quiet and ensured comfortable temperatures. The view from the balcony/terrace is lovely and the orientation is ideal. Thanks to the separation wall to the neighbouring flat, you always have a shady place. Another highlight is the underground garage. Especially in the hot summer months, you always have a cool car. The owner is also very nice and always available. She is able to communicate perfectly in English.

Appartement et situation vue mer épatants. Très calme.. peut-être parceque pas de voisins en cette période. Seul petit problème pour nous c'était l'éloignement des commerces. Pour le reste rien à redire. De plus la propriétaire Roselyne était très réactive lors de la petite panne d'ascenseur. Un grand merci à elle.
