Nice, clean and excellent staff
We had a great time. The place was very clean. The hot water pressure was great and really nice after a long drive. The room and bathroom were clean. But the best was service provided by the front desk person Francesco. I really want to call out his help. We arrived on 31 Dec so everything was closed. He helped us find a place to eat and followed up to see if we got something. He even offered to order pizza if we did not find something to eat. His service, and attention to follow up was what made the whole trip memorable. Even without Francesco's attention this place is great. Parking is next to the room, and the place is safe (even though this is in an industrial zone) since the place is enclosed. Highly recommended.

Very poor standard, room felt damp and dirty. Difficult to find, on run down industrial estate and under flight path of nearby airport. All in all not to be recommended other than free and secure parking.

Nemo Review
The people were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and basic, for a more luxurious room we could have had it for £5.00 extra per day. We didn't manage to turn on the heating.The breakfast was a good variety of different foods, fresh croissants, fruit, cheese and meats. The location is in the middle of an industrial estate which we were not aware of when booking and was too far away from the town of Brindisi to walk to safely.

Very helpful staff.
It is aways out of town, so only recommended if you have your own transport. It was clean and perfectly adequate. The staff were particularly helpful.

A great hotel, the Nemo, Brindisi
We booked the Nemo hotel due to its position near enough to the airport, knowing we had a late flight arrival. We were aware it was in the industrial estate of Brindisi and we're not expecting anything too great. However, we were delighted with our choice. The guy on reception was lovely, spoke English and assured us not to worry, as long as we were there for 11.00pm, the chef would keep the restaurant open for us. We enjoyed a delicious 2 course meal with house wine and beers, they even put on the AC in our room while we were eating. We booked a superior twin room which was of a high standard. The following morning we enjoyed a splendid buffet breakfast before we continued with our journey. We will definitely use the Nemo again. A big thank you to all staff, not many hotels are so flexible with late arrivals.

Nice hotel outside the city with helpful personnel
The hotel is easy to reach by car. The check-in should normally be done before 10.30pm, but as we were getting to the hotel later we called and the personnel arranged everything so that we could have the key and all the info with no additional costs. Great employees: nice, polite, smiling and helpful! The room was clean and big, there is a private parking space, and the breakfast was nothing special but ok.

Nemo hotel
Location is a little bit out of the way, quite away from the town. There isn't any shops or supermarkets close by. You will need a car to drive into central town, it's 15 minute drive into the town.But the room was very spacious, tidy and clean.

Helpful staff and fantastic restaurant
We stayed for one night after an evening flight into Brindisi airport. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, in what seemed to be quite an industrial area. This was fine for us, as we didn't intend to visit the town on this trip and wanted to be near the highway rather than the centre. The hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. We were sent a local map via whatsapp and the receptipon staff messaged us to see if everything was ok when we were delayed. Even though it was late when we arrived, the restaurant stayed open for us to get a bite to eat- I can honestly say it was the best food we had all holiday. We were so impressed by the quality of the food and the willingness of the chef to give us a good meal after a long journey and a late arrival. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a one night stay.

Nice hotel
Hotel Nemo was our last night in Puglia chosen for its proximity to Brindisi airport. Finding it was not straightforward as it is in the middle of a 'zonal industriale' but once you are inside it is happiness guaranteed. Lots of trees, easy secure parking, lovely spacious room , very welcoming and friendly staff,especially Julia at the reception desk, quietness on the whole site, pleasant evening meal for only € 15. This is overall a lovely place and we really enjoyed our stay there.

You get what you pay for
It was difficult to find this hotel as it is quite far from the city center. Our superior room did not look very pleasing, but it was cheap and good for only stopping with the car for a night. I would not recommend their restaurant, the prawns we ordered were not cleaned properly.

We chose this property as it was close to the ferry port. We ended up having a delay and had to spend two nights here. The hotel is far from city center and requires a taxi ride to reach so not convenient unless you have a car or don't mind the additional expense. The hotel owners however are lovely and very accommodating and they made our stay here. They even took us to the ferry to help us get tickets! Breakfast is provided and very nice, another benefit. The rooms are a little dated and stark but they are large and comfortable. All and all a good choice for an overnight if you have a ferry to catch.

Fantastic staff at reception. Very helpful. Went out of Thier way to help us but the hotel was too far out of the city for us because we didn't have a car. You really need a car to go anywhere. If you have a car the hotel is perfect. Clean, quiet area but in the industrial area of Brindisi. Davide at reception went above and beyond to help us. Thankyou

Friendly hotel for a 1 night stop-over!
Nice welcome by a friendly young italian girl who spoke good english. A snack was specoially made for us as we arrived at midday- room was o.k but rather damp at night and the walls quite thin although noise was at a low level.-evening meal good value.,breakfast -milk rationed and not laid out for self-service. Hotel used by a lot of italian workmen-4 kilometers from centre town of Brindisi and isolated on an industrial estate. Good security with locked gates at night.the whole site is made up of individual chalets with cooking facilities.

The hotel is away from the noise and bustle of Brindisi. It made travel by car to locations of interest in southern italy so much easier especially with the advice from the staff who spoke english.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The meals at the hotel are a testimony to the Italian Cuisine. Though located a bit out of Brindisi town in the Industrial area of Brindisi, access by taxi takes only 10 minutes and the hotel is very helpful in linking clients to reliable taxi services .

Very accommodating and pleasant staff. Julia at the front desk helped us out with two issues, we needed to eat and we needed to learn how the heating system worked in the room and she took care of everything. Although we arrived after the kitchen was closed after lunch they opened it for us and served us a lovely tasty lasagne. We also had trouble navigating in Brindisi and the staff printed out directions and maps to help us get to the airport.

I know I was lucky to have to be in Civitonova Marche in December,so I had the beach to myself. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Room very nice and modern. Nice amenities. One of the best breakfast buffets.

Great location, charming staff & beautiful gardens
Nemo worked very well for us as we were driving and there is no hassle of tight old city streets to be navigated or parking space to worry about, unlike many other hotels in Brindisi city centre. Rooms were refurbished to a nice standard. Very clean. WiFi was easy in all areas. Owners & staff go to great lengths in all areas to care for guests. And a huge effort has been made to create charming well-manicured gardens around the edge of the hotel's rooms creating a lovely relaxing feel to the place

Very convenient for Greek ferry and local area
Our ferry was 4 hours late making our arrival at the hotel 3 am. We emailed in advance and arrangements were made for our late arrival, we couldn't have felt more relieved at this service. When daylight came we found ourselves in a beautiful little oasis, the fact it is in an industrial setting mattered not as we were on a one night stopover. We went down to the restaurant for breakfast which followed the standards we had previously found. I will use this hotel again and can recommend it, setting apart.

Disadvantage was location, in a pure industrial area with a refinery nearby; we were not aware of this when we booked and were dismayed when we arrived. Free parking, gated area and room plus the wonderful treatment and service we receiver along with a surprising on site restaurant more than made up for the location. If you must stay in Brindisi stay here and avoid the hassle of being in the city which is not that great.

We had some trouble finding this hotel on our arrival at 8.30pm as it was located in an industrial area but once there we were extremely pleased with the quality of service and welcoming nature of all the staff. A good hotel (motel style) for arriving and departing at the airport.

Struttura molto particolare nel centro della zona industriale e portuale di Brindisi. Camera spaziosa, pulita ma con tanta puzza di fumo. Parcheggio comodo. La reception fa orari ridotti e il personale dell’hotel che trovi prima dell’apertura della reception è estremamente scortese e maleducato.

Gentile Anonimo, la reception in ha sempre avuto orari dalle 8 alle 22.30. attualmente causa Covid abbiamo dovuto ridurre l'orario dalle ore 15 alle ore 22 (orario di check in). prima e dopo tale orario comunque abbiamo un servizio di assistenza telefonica h24 sempre funzionante. teoricamente prima delle ore 15 le camere non possono essere consegnate come indicato anche nella vostra conferma di prenotazione (perche vanno sanificate). il semplice fatto di aver consegnato una camera prima di tale orario, rappresenta una cortesia che fatta da chi lei ha definito (scortese) . in riferimento alla camera che che puzza di fumo, a noi non risulta per due motivi: uno le camere vengono sanificate con ozone (che elimina ogni odore) due non abbiamo ricevuto lamentele in merito. sarebbe bastato chiamare ai numeri indicati in camere e avremmo immediatamente provveduto a sostituire la camera anche senza averne verificato la motivazione. inoltre, tengo a precisare che la recensione Anonima, è molto dubbia perche non può essere verificata.

Hotelli oli tosi siisti ja henkilökunta loistavaa! Aamiainen oli riittoisa ja monipuolinen. Ainoa iso miinus tulee sijainnista; kävellen ei pääse oikeastaan minnekään ja hotelli suositteleekin kulkemaan taksilla. Me kuitenkin löysimme tien satamaan ja kävelimme hotellille juna-asemalta.
