Outlets didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, property was dirty. The worst part is the locks were broken and anyone could come and go as they pleased and didn’t have to have a hotel key.

The drain in the tub was clogged so you had to stand in water while showering and things came out of the drain and into the tub. Also the toilet paper holder was broke.

The overall rating for this hotel speaks for itself. At 2.3 starts, that’s what you’re going to get. A cheap place to sleep. It was dirty, AC didn’t work, someone’s dried up contacts were on my bedside table, a dirty/empty water bottle on the floor, and the daunting possibility that maybe the room wasn’t really cleaned. Was fine for a night, but wouldn’t have stayed any longer.

Check-in counter staff seems annoyed and quite BOSSY (male Indian staff). He was Aldo condescending while I was asking for hotel shuttle to the airport tomorrow morning. He kept insisting that I take the 5:45 AM hotel shuttle! Why does he need to decide which time slot I should take — it’s my flight and I know what time I should be at the departure gate (I always check in online anyway). He was annoying as hell! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL— horrible customer service abd the property is dirty and needs major renovation. A Motel 6 would have been better!

The rooms were clean but that and the grill and bar having great food is where the positive ends. The whole hotel leaks in the hallways. The hallways and shuttle smelt like pee and there are no vending machines or elevator

There aren’t any elevators to get to the second floor. I had to carry all my luggage upstairs after traveling 12 hours cross country. Cleaning is shoddy, the guy at the desk has an attitude, and the fan for the air conditioner is broken and the entire hotel is sweltering hot. Would not recommend to anyone.

Surprising and utterly delicious authentic Indian food restaurant on premises. Fantastic food at excellent price point. The hotel was renovated and the rooms are good. But the hallway carpets were not replaced and are horrible. Very affordable price for rooms. Hotel staff are friendly. A lot of noise from hotel guests.

Check in was simple, but I was unaware of a deposit until actual check in. The room was dirty, left over soap from the previous person, raw chicken in the fridge, trash left in room, shower and bathroom appeared as it was just used( I checked in at almost 10pm). Used the hairdryer in the bathroom which ended up blowing a fuse so none of the lights or the fridge worked after that. Maintenance was out, so had to wait for the cleaning staff to flip the breaker. I was offered another room, but upon looking they were all completely booked. Of the 5 nights I was there, 3 of them consisted of someone drunk screaming outside, possibly in the courtyard and it lasted a couple hours. The bar in the hotel and restaurant both closed at 10pm and the only other food options were the 2 gas stations and a subway across the street. Laundry room was nice, yet confusing. One washer was $2 and the other was $5 but they were the exact same machine. There was no quarter machine there and the front desk did not carry change so I had to go to the gas station for quarters. The lobby was very clean, but the rest or the hotel was dirty and had an odd smell throughout. My room was only cleaned once and I had to go to the front desk for new towels because room service never came. When I checked out, I had to wait for room service to inspect my room before getting my deposit back, but I left the room cleaner than when I arrived. All in all, I won’t be returning

This property is supposed to be " remodeled".. when I first got there they took a $250 deposit that I'm still waiting to get back! I got there at about 8 pm was needing to shower and get to bed. Problem was the room they put me in first, flushed the toilet and it over flowed. The lamps had no where to plug in. The front desk made me go down to get the plunger, the plunger did nothing but get toilet water everywhere. So I called again and was told instead of moving us to the many other open rooms, they said they'd come fix it. I waited an hour and went down there again. The guy was just sitting down on a chair. He hopped up and finally gave me another room.. walk to the room and the key don't even work! So I walk down again, and he comes up with me and has another key and lets me in. I toss him is after 1130 now. I wanted some money back for this inconvenience. They said " call Expedia ".. terrible and I still want my money back

Was never able to find an elevator for handicap to get to second floor. Inside room was decent. Outside facilities was filthy, littered and lots of people roaming around. Building has card access doors but doors are propped open allowing roaming people.

Actually I want a full refund for my stay because what you sold me and what actually happened is two totally different different things the hotel number when I booked a kitchenette we were not allowed to use the stove without an additional $50 day deposit then we were told by you guys that there was a deposit so then they took another hundred dollars on another deposit and then we had a girl breaking into our room and then I had to sit and fight you guys to get my money back This thing is a nightmare and I’m actually waiting for the corporate office of HOTELS.com to call me .

This was the worst experience. the room was nasty and did not appear to be cleaned. I have photos, I deserve a refund for such a terrible experience. My TV did not work, the door had nasty patch work. The room was dirty. The only furniture besides the bed was gross chair. Sheets appeared used. GROSS!

Appreciated complimentary Airport shuttle but not appreciate unhelpful and racist driver who made fairly unacceptable comments. Dirty carpets and generally not very presentable space beyond entry with excessive debris around housekeeping door. Off-putting smells throughout hallways. Front desk upon check in was not very pleasant overall and the reservation was for a king bed, only after the 3rd room did we finally get the actual kind room that was booked. Toilet ran intermittently all night which was a huge waste of watet and loud. We did enjoy the shower toiletries in that they existed and reduced waste being that they were fillable. It was a spacious room and good for people who need kitchenette. Water was highly chlorinated. Person upon checkout was more personable.

The outside looks great. The lobby is great and you can tell they are trying to update everything. The staff is efficient but not friendly. The halls are disgusting. There are very limited plugs in in the room. It was concerning that someone has a system of propping one of the side doors open with a stick all night. The party they had took up most of the parking

Some of the doors locked us out. The whole place is under construction which was somewhat distracting and loud. They don’t vacuum the hallways and there was stuff all over them. The door to our room was not easy to open
